Very sad, but I understand. You can definitely keep my annual subscription, your content was well worth the price, and was the best information available anywhere. I wish you well in the future Will, you deserve it. I hope you enjoy this next chapter of your life! God bless.

    • Anne on January 15, 2026 at 8:40 am

It is sad to see this show end as it was a source of truth, true news and critical commentary on Canada and the world. But your interviews and articles will be a source of evidence for us that humanity spoke up, rallied to be heard and cared enough to support truth and freedom. Thank you for your efforts Will. Closing doors is never easy but new door open and that will be exciting as you will always have the spirit of truth and the fight for freedom and justice in you. Thank you!

    Dear Will, team and family,

Thank you for creating Iron Wire in a time where we were unsure of ourselves and often thought we were crazy. You were a great comfort to us. All your hard work will not be in vain. We will win this fight! All the best in your new endeavors.

    Nathalie and Claude

Thank you Irons and your Family for all your works and hope. God Bless you in your new path.

  4. Anne on January 9, 2026 at 11:23 am

Dear Will, Valerie, and team Iron Wire,
I am so sad to hear that you’ve decided to shut down. I remember the first time I came across your work in 2020. I remember the feeling of elation and optimism it brought me to realize that there were good people willing to stand up, speak up, and pull back the curtain to expose the insanity that was taking over the world. Canada is, and will remain, a better place because of all your hard work. I hope you know that and take pride in it.
On a personal note, I’d also like to thank you for your thoughtful comments and insights on some of the many emails I’ve sent you.
You are a fortunate man to have such a loving and supportive partner. I know many couples whose relationships have not fared so well over the past five years.
Happy New Year 2026 to all of you!
Best wishes for good health, sanity, and success in the years ahead.
    Sincerely,
    Anne

  5. Susan on January 8, 2026 at 7:44 am

Will, I am shocked and saddened that I won’t have your “Truthful source of information” to keep me informed on Canadian news and meaningful world events any longer, I did look forward to them. I must thank you for your stimulating interviews, insightful commentary, hilarious perspectives, when I could have cried, you made me laugh. By providing a national pulse, you encouraged us to seek out like minded individuals, reassuring us that we were not alone in our thoughts and deeds. Your content helped kept me sane throughout the BS years. Your program dismantled the disinformation and misinformation monologues that were being shoved down our throats. You instilled courage and gave me the strength to head to Ottawa in February 2022. I will forever be grateful for your good humour, your intellectual insights, your humble approach to the truth. Please keep us, your followers/watchers/listeners/readers posted on your future endeavours. Your friend, non vaxxed, non mask wearing, non sheeple. Open minded, truth seeking friend and True Canadian. The individual person known as Susan

    • Iron Will on January 8, 2026 at 4:31 pm

Susan, thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. It was a difficult decision, but as my message explained it was also time. It has been my honor to have served my fellow Canadians.

  6. Gloria Tepfenhart on January 7, 2026 at 7:26 pm

    Will
I have been with you since the beginning and I am so sad to see you go! My prayers are with you and your family! Thank you for all that you’ve done in keeping us informed about the Covid narrative and everything else that is going on in the world. Good luck and God’s blessings in your future endeavours. Maybe you can get a job working for one of the other independent news outlets! You have been very effective in helping many during these difficult years!
    Sincerely
    D Letourneau

    • Iron Will on January 8, 2026 at 4:33 pm

Thank you, Darlene. That’s very kind of you, and thank you so much for your loyalty in sticking with us through the years. I am already immensely enjoying my new career as a novelist. Today, I finished the first draft of my fourth novel, with the first one to publish on Amazon on January 28th. These days, writing novels has become a business with the options that are available for self-publishing. The only real question is how many will I need to publish before I’m making a living at it.

  8. Cindy Arena on January 7, 2026 at 12:10 pm

Thank you so very much for all your sacrifices and that of your family and team to bring us hope, encouragement and a path forward. Your information helped us and our family navigate the mandates in the job situation, schools and medical unreliability. Your interviews educated us on many valuable different issues. I do not want a refund of my yearly donation. You deserve every cent. All the best in your future endeavours and books.

    • Iron Will on January 8, 2026 at 4:34 pm

Cindy, thank you so much for your kind words and your generosity.

  9. Sandra Harmel on January 7, 2026 at 11:49 am

So surprised to hear this news of your departure from Independent Media, Will. You were a force to be reckoned with in your forthright truth-telling and excellent interviews of like-minded folk on the front lines…..all very engaging and informative. We shall miss you and your honored guests.

May God bless you and Valerie as you forge ahead in your new calling. Thanks for fighting the good fight with all you’ve got. May the good Lord meet ALL your needs physically, mentally and spiritually….financially too! with your new calling. Now enjoy some well-deserved rest and peace!

    • Sally on January 8, 2026 at 8:28 am

Very sorry to hear that you are retiring but understand completely. Trying to run a podcast with little support is impossible.
I agree with your comment that people, in general, only care about events that affect them personally and prefer to stay in the dark trusting governments and doctors. The future is changing and Canada is rapidly heading for government control and once this happens and we are hungry, scared, broke and sick will people cry out in surprise, WHY?. History is just repeating itself.

  10. michael Darmody on January 7, 2026 at 11:37 am

    Will,
It is difficult to properly express how deeply grateful I am for all you have done for Canadians during this unprecedented assault on freedoms everywhere in the world since 2020.

A few years back, you generously wore our TheyLied.ca T-shirt during our interview, after first agreeing to interview me in the first place. Visits to our site spiked afterwards. Our group just passed 200 consecutive Sundays protesting with banners, at a busy Mississauga street corner. So when you say you’re exhausted, I feel ya brother!!

Once we have restored honourable leadership in this country, and meaning to an Order of Canada award, I believe you should get one for the monumental effort and sacrifice you’ve made on our behalf.

Best wishes for a successful launch of your novel, and health and happiness to you and your family.

    • Iron Will on January 8, 2026 at 4:36 pm

TY so much, Michael, for your very kind words and for your own efforts. I still have that shirt, and still wear it from time to time. That’s saying a lot as I almost never wear shirts with slogans on them. Even when we produced some in our early days I think I wore one of ours once, during the stand up routine, part of which found its way into the New Year’s Eve special. Please keep up the good work.

  11. Lorna Mochinski on January 7, 2026 at 9:43 am

Will I’m so sorry to see you leaving this wonderful broadcasting journey however I understand your reasoning. I for one will truly miss you. I look forward to reading your novel and wish you much success on that new venture. All the best to you and your family for the new year.

  12. Monica on January 7, 2026 at 9:31 am

Just one more voice thanking you and Valerie for all the sacrifices you made and for the volumes of truth you made available. There will be a massive hole in the truth movement now. Your production values kept things real which was one of your greatest appeals – aside from the total truth offering that is. Now to browse the slick overproduced “alternate” media wondering who can be trusted. Losing new productions from both you and Amazing Polly in one year – devastating! I’m looking forward to diving into your first novel and hope it provides the much needed revenue stream you deserve! May God bless you for all you’ve done for all of us, so many more of us than you will ever know!

  13. Harold Buchner on January 7, 2026 at 9:04 am

A sad day but one that should be very good for Will and well earned . You were a shining light in a very dark time when you saved a lot of people . You forged the path for others who all came after you . You were the show to watch with grade A content . Many found they weren’t going crazy . I am very happy for you and your wife . Time to cut the hours and spend some of that time doing what you love to do , writing . A true Canadian hero . Good luck Will !

  14. Andrea on January 7, 2026 at 8:34 am

I am so sad to hear this. Some of the best interviews I have ever listened to came from you Will. Thank you for everything you gave us. I’m sorry it came at such a high cost, and I pray you will find both rest and success in your next endeavours. Looking forward to owning your new book!
    Andrea

  15. Phil on January 7, 2026 at 7:13 am

Well, Will, I really did enjoy your content, you as well as many other independent media outlets in Canada told the truth about our shitty government, the covid scam, the climate change BS, and a few other things. But I have to be honest, when the IDF started leveling Gaza and your one statement – “Israel has a right to defend itself” – that’s where you lost me. Shortly after that I pulled my funding, my financial support for you. I will not support a Zionist. So I don’t know if you’ve come around since then, I stopped watching you. A few other Canadian indy media outlets also love to carry water for “poor” Israel, and I call them out on it as well, but I don’t send them any money. I was a paying member for Northern Perspective but once I found out where they stood with Israel, I withdrew my funding for them as well. I also didn’t like the way you spoke when you presented your news stories, you sounded like a robot, the way you ever so clearly enunciated every single word. Who talks like that? When you were interviewing somebody, you spoke like a normal human being. I had no issues with that. Just when you were talking to the camera and reading, I’m assuming a teleprompter or whatever technology indy media uses. Anyways, like I said, you were great. But I prefer indy media like Redacted, Jimmy Dore, Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson and others. Even lefties like The Young Turks do a great job with regards to Israel. Up here in Canada I like Frank Vaughan. I’m just really tired of the poor Israel narrative, they are the real terrorists. Good luck in your future, Will.

    • Monica on January 7, 2026 at 9:21 am

Will’s newscast was done via AI, but then he did post explaining that. Just thought you’d like to know

      • Phil on January 12, 2026 at 9:34 am

AI? I had no idea. I used to watch all his videos, until I couldn’t take his coverage of Israel anymore. He must have announced the AI thing after I quit watching. Thanks for informing me. Don’t get me wrong, his coverage of current events with regards to Canada, and other topics, was bang on. I especially liked when he interviewed Peter MacIsaac. Peter is awesome, I read his book because Will exposed me to him. But it was Will’s apologizing for Israel that did it for me – “Israel has a right to defend itself”. Obliterating Gaza, you call that defence?

    • Susan on January 8, 2026 at 7:46 am

      Phil, you are spot on.

      • Phil on January 12, 2026 at 9:40 am

There are several other right-wing indy news outlets I pay attention to, most of them carry water for Israel. There are a couple that don’t. Frank Vaughan is one of them. There are more in the US that don’t either. Redacted, Jimmy Dore, Candace Owens, Glen Greenwald, Max Blumenthal, just to name a few. Even the late Charlie Kirk was starting to wake up and see how involved Israel has been behind the scenes.

  16. Suzi on January 7, 2026 at 4:29 am

Thank you Will. Best of luck in your new path with good health to accompany you too. You helped carry me through the dark times of covid and kept me informed with the truth. Thanks again.

  17. Kim Wilcox on January 7, 2026 at 12:19 am

Wow… I am extremely surprised, yet not surprised, all at the same time. I am so deeply grateful for everything you have done — you truly saved my life and gave me hope during the darkest of times. Your interviews educated me on so many levels and helped prepare me for my retirement in 2025. I think it is incredibly gracious of you to offer refunds; however, I always viewed it as tuition for life lessons, and I would never take a dime back.
My gratitude for you, and for everyone who fought for our freedoms during those dark times, will always be remembered. I wish you and your family nothing but pure happiness for the rest of your lives. I will continue to pass this knowledge on to my grandchildren so they can learn the truth.

    • Iron Will on January 8, 2026 at 4:40 pm

TY, Kim, for your very kind words, and for your generosity. I am happy to know that our efforts helped.

    • Phil on January 12, 2026 at 2:39 pm

Very well said, Kim. I really liked his interviews with Peter McIsaac. That man is a true patriot as well. Because Will introduced me to him, I went and purchased Peter’s book. Fabulous read.

  18. Gordon on January 6, 2026 at 10:41 pm

All the very best!

  23. Myrna on January 6, 2026 at 8:12 pm

    Very Sad
But what you gave us kept us informed and with a sense of some control and hope over a world disappearing into chaos and disaster!
Not for me at 81, but for the loss of the whole world being destroyed!

  26. Laurie Allen on January 6, 2026 at 7:32 pm

I am very sad to see the end of the Iron Will report and Iron Wire Daily. This is a huge loss for all freedom loving Canadians. Will, you literally saved my sanity during Covid and I have benefited greatly from the advice of a number of your guests. This being said, I am glad to hear you are taking steps to take care of yourself and hope you find yourself in a better mental, financial and physical state by this time next year. I will not be asking for a refund for my annual membership, but wish to THANK YOU instead for all you have done for your fellow Canadians.

    All the best, Laurie
