The Corruption of Our Courts: Leighton Grey

October 30, 2025

Our courts, especially in the last 3 years, have frequently ruled in favor of clear violations of our constitutional rights.

Leighton Grey is a constitutional lawyer, and has fought successfully against the Government of Alberta, most recently in the landmark case of Ingram vs. the government where Justice Barbara Romaine ruled the Covid mandates in Alberta to be illegal.

But that does not mean that Justice Romaine is in favor of upholding our rights. Her decision is far more a testimony to the cleverness of Leighton Grey, and his legal partner, Jeffrey Rath.

The fact is that our courts have been captured, and many judges are willing enforcers of political corruption, rather than the impartial arbiters of justice under the law that they are supposed to be.

In this interview, Leighton explains how we lost our hold on the judiciary, but more importantly, how we take it back, and secure for ourselves and our children, a just future, where everyone is equal under the law.

Thanks Will, really enjoyed this discussion. Hopefully there will soon be a peaceful remedy for the current brain fog afflicting so many.

Worth remembering: Quote from Will Dove, ” a Conservative is someone who believes that the individual is responsible to society.”
‘” A Liberal is someone who believes that Society is Responsible to the individual”.
Leighton says there is an old saying that says: ” A liberal cannot take his own side in an argument”.
A conservative conserves what is of value and truthful, our history, our architecture, our music, our sports, all of our Core Values, which are ALL worth preserving.
Judges should not be deciding our law. Critical race theory, DIE, radical feminism, radical Queer theory, radical climate theory and radical genderism. All of these theories JUDGES decide their cases based on these radical theories so full of holes which you could drive a Semi Trailer through. All of these theories come from law schools. Judicial activism is a dire problem.

In Switzerland the judicial is independent but right now the Canadian liberal judiciary is fully biased in Canada.
The public can be critical of the Judges’ power and this would impact their behaviour.

Superb interview, both of these very fine men have a solid understanding of the law and why Canada has fallen into the abyss, my comment.

And Leighton says so much more of value, you must tune in.

Leighton: we can all agree to community standards for all faiths, the judges are guardians of the law, i.e., the Constitution. RIght now everytime anyone goes up against the country
