Election Fraud and Restoring the Publics’ Trust
Sam Bushman
Sam Bushman returns, as the National Operations Director for the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) in the United States. Sam joins us to discuss the growing issue of voter fraud in the United States, and how both Canada and the US can tighten up on scrutinizing election processes and nearly eliminate the issue in both countries; to restoring the peoples’ trust in our democratic systems.
On voter fraud with mail-in ballots….
It’s to the point even beyond that where the person in the nursing home may not even be aware that they’re 1. Registered to vote and/or 2. Voting.
On how to investigate voter fraud…
When it gets to vote fraud, a lot of these sheriffs are blatantly admitting that they are not exactly sure how to investigate these things. The reason I bring that up is that we at the CSPOA are working on a booklet to help sheriffs investigate these kinds of frauds.
On Chain of Custody and its Importance in Elections ….
If you want evidence of a crime that raises the level beyond probable cause what about then printing out something for me and deleting the digital master? That alone. They blatantly admit to that. But to me, that alone points to “Why would you do that?” If you’re in accounting there’s terms called audit trails, where you’re not allowed to delete the core, all the transactions behind the scenes. Many accounting systems once you finish a period, they lock it and you can’t even change it. In this case, there is no audit trail. Even if there’s not fraud, that’s not acceptable in America.

In Canada it needs to be law that if they use electronic scanners / tabulators that all the physical ballots are kept for 10 years (a little over 2 electoral terms) & the day after the election every polling station needs to do a manual count of every ballot (not scanns of ballots, this needs to be done in the open on camera with independent citizen observers as well as staffers from each candidate on the ballot.
once the count is manually confirmed the director of the poling station along with the official observers sign off on the count which then becomes public record any person can access on an elections count web site.
the hand count is then the official count & if there is a large discrepancy between the electronic count an official investigations is launched.
another thing if they are going to use mail in ballots they must have a way to track them in which the person agrees to give up their anonymous right to secret ballot & all mail in ballots must be received & counted by one week prior to the election so they can not be used to pad the vote after the fact to produce a magical win from behind.
any loss of records, ballots, data, video footage or such will result in a voided count from that polling station & charges against Elections Canada & the right or the people from that polling station to seek remedy at no cost to the individual from Elections Canada for having their right to vote voided.
now of course with regards to the loss of records, ballots, data & such the director of the poling station is responsible & liable with penalty of 2 years prison until through chain of custody they are signed over to a regional entity responsible for safe storage otherwise some masterminds might use voiding strategic counts as a way to influence the outcome in that region.
as with all commies the end always justifies the means.
