(0:00 - 3:15) Hello and welcome everybody. My name is Christof Plothe. I'm in the steering committee of the Health, World Council for Health. I am the head of the health and science department. I'm an osteopath and an independent researcher and I'd like today to talk about an example of a very strange experience that we're at the moment experiencing all over the world. And I chose the example of Germany in order to bring that message across. And this is why still not everybody seems to wake up. I chose Germany as an example because of its high cultural and political influence it had over the last few centuries. If you look at the Weimar classicism, it was an harmonious area with famous people like Goethe and Schiller that championed ideals of harmony, humanism and the exploration of moral philosophy. And then came the Romantic period that we all learned at school, reacting against enlightenment, rationalism and a huge time for art. And then came people that probably all of you have heard of yet that played a huge role in music and the arts. There was Ludwig van Beethoven with his marked emotional depth and innovation that was revolutionary at that time. And then came Johann Sebastian Bach and a very spiritual composer, in fact, and his works are still played everywhere. Well, we know about Richard Wagner and the Ring Cycle where he integrated music and history in his personal interpretation. And then we have in literature, we have amazing people. One of the last true geniuses is said to be Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, who went in depth into almost all sciences in order to explore the truth. We have Schiller, who was fighting for the human rights and merging artistic expression with political activism. We had guardians of folklore. The brother is Grimm to write the most famous fairy tales we have. And then we had scientists like Alexander von Humboldt, who went all over the world and was probably one of the founders of the way we look at science nowadays. We have huge mathematicians like Carl Friedrich Gauss. And we had the scientific enlightenment with all these voices being heard all over the world. And yeah, we had figures like Leibniz, who co-invented calculus independently of Newton. We had Kant, who revolutionized philosophy. (3:15 - 4:27) And then, of course, we have Einstein, whose work is still up to challenges to interpret how this universe works. But he made huge steps in getting explanations into some basic laws. And we have Max Planck. If you look at quantum mechanics, he was one of the leading voices. And we have all the people from the Weimar Republic, Thomas Mann, Brahms, Strauss. And then we also had huge political changes for the freedom and rights of people, the revolutions of 1848 and 1849 that helped to establish liberal democracy and national unity here in Germany. We had the parliament that was one of the first democratic constitutions here in Europe. And we had the rise of the socialist movements. But that was not the Nazi era that developed out of a social movement. (4:27 - 5:00) It was the Social Democratic Party that was founded in 1875 that gave workers rights. And then we had all the Weimar struggles. And we had the famous resistance to Nazism. So huge achievements from German individuals against the system. And as a result, we had a very, very important setup for law. And that was the Nuremberg Trials and the Nuremberg Code. (5:00 - 6:53) So please note that after the atrocities that were done, especially in the medical field, the Nuremberg Code was set up to serve as an ethical standard for medical research and the practice of medicine. And out of this was established the informed consent, because no matter what medical intervention is out there, it never should be forced upon anybody. And yeah, Germany was leading in the fight for human rights. But why am I saying this? Why am I quoting all these achievements? Well, Germany was known for their intellectual abilities. And for some reason, despite all the evidence of what has been happening in the last few years here in Germany, but in the rest of the world, there still seems to be a denial of the truth. So for those who haven't heard of it, I'll make a little summary of the latest steps that were taken here in Germany to go to the bottom of the truth, but unfortunately, received very, very little resonance in the German media, and even sadder, not really the resonance it deserves in the scientific world. And those were the so-called German protocols of the COVID management. Those were the RKI files. And I'll talk a little bit about them for those who haven't heard of them. (6:54 - 15:06) But also to remind all of you that with the data that came out with all the revelations of this, it became absolutely clear that this had nothing to do with health, it had nothing to do with science, and it was all political. So no mistakes were done. And they knew all the way. And nevertheless, the same people are still in power, and the media is still not reporting upon this greatest scandal that we have witnessed here on our planet. And it is the so-called RKI files and leaks that show that there were no mistakes made, and that it was a political power of a science that pushed ineffective COVID measures from useless masking, useless social distancing, to dangerous lockdowns and the disastrous COVID gene injection. And these were some of the figures here in Germany, Lothar Bieler, the head of the RKI, Christian Drosten, that many of you might have heard of. He was one of the leading voices worldwide when it came to the rollout of the pandemic. And then there was Jens Spahn, and he was the Minister of Health at that time. Just to give all the facts that we're talking about here, some real faces. And the RKI files were actually won in a legal battle of over two years. It was the journal Multipolar that had been able to get 2,500 pages at the beginning, heavily redacted and still incomplete, but with all the necessary information that we need. And that were the professional assessments of the expert at the highest German health authority, the RKI, which reports to the Ministry of Health. And these files that you'll see were between January 2020 and April 2021. This is what they looked like when they originally came out. You can see not much to see there at all. But it came to a second one that was on the 23rd of July in 24, and that was 10 gigabyte. And they've already been used in court in Germany now. And there were even insight about communication between the politicians within Europe, especially with Mr. Macron in France. But it also demonstrated international coordination that applies to all countries that have been affected by COVID measures. And this is not in terms of the medical science. This is in terms of reacting, despite the evidence of that there was actually no real pandemic, still to decide to lock up humanity. So what were the main conclusions of this revelation? Well, Corona was never, ever dangerous. You can see that people died of it. But if you just look at the latest stats of this year on 2017 of the flu, we're talking of much higher casualties that Corona actually ever created. It was not as contagious as we were believed to say. And this was all in the files. Yeah. So this is not something that some weird conspiracy theorists are talking about. This is actually all explicit language of the people responsible that there was actually no pandemic and that the PCR test does not provide any information about whether someone has COVID-19. In fact, it was never designed to do that way. And the flu epidemic of recent years, we'll see the graphs about it were much worse. And that masks are 100% ineffective of preventing transmission. So why were they rolled out, especially on children? And the social distancing rule was complete nonsense. These are the formulations in the files of the people responsible, not something that we have been putting together. So the first summary, the main points you should take on board is the archive files clearly show that there was no cause for alarm. The staff at the archive clearly saw that neither worrying infection figures nor other parameters gave cause for concern at the beginning of March 2020. They pointed out that influenza sentinel data did not show rampant SARS-CoV-2 infections and there was no need to fear a state of emergency. The German government's reaction to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic had nothing to do with science and facts, real threats, but were politically motivated. Whether this motivation had the well-being of citizens' mind is doubtful. And please check it yourself. Here are some references for you to use. And this was a corona symposium organized by some oppositional parties in the Bundestag in November in Germany. It was hugely discredited as being a meeting of conspiracy theorists and was considered even a scandal. But these were the people that were talking about the truth that came out of these revelations. And the German MWGFD with Professor Bakhti on their side also made a press symposium about the revelations out of these facts. So what was exactly in it? If you look at AGI, that's a working group within the RKI, so the German equivalent, the CDC, that monitors infectious diseases. In March 2020, AGI suggested that SARS-CoV-2 does not circulate widely. This is an agency that is supposed to measure the amount of infections at several places, hospitals and private practices in Germany, and which has done that for the last decades in Germany to assess the actual threat of potential outbreaks of diseases. This report is from the second day of the first lockdown. One day later, the RKI writes, the trend are best not formulated or communicated because otherwise it would become difficult to justify further measures because they knew at that time with all the data that they had, well, there was actually no pandemic. And as you can see here on the next graph, you can see the hospitalized people with SARS from severe acute respiratory infections from 2070 to 23 per 100,000 inhabitants in Germany. And you can see as on this graph, the height of RSV, respiratory virus, you can see that. And you can also see it for 21, for 22. You can see the rise of influenza in 2018. You can see the height of the influenza of 2019. And please just check at the height of the individual COVID-19 graphs. There was Delta, there's COVID-2, and there are other COVID follow-up variations. (15:06 - 21:42) And you can see it never actually reached the height of either influenza or RSV in the last few years. So at that time where we were all forced to lock down, which you can see where they upgraded the risk that was in March 2020, you can see the numbers of influenza were far, far much higher than COVID ever was. And in fact, there was no real cause for an emergency at that stage. As you can see, the rise of it was actually a little bit later, but nothing in comparison to the peak of the influenza. And of course, during the summertime, this would decrease as well. So you can see that in the end of March, beginning April, we had the highest curve with an incidence of between five and 10 per 100,000. Whilst at that time with influenza, we were just going down from 25 per 100,000. So what, if you look at the actual presentation, if you look at the actual wording that has been taken out of these protocols, that in February, this agency that's supposed to sample all the incidences of all the respiratory virus, 56 samples were received, 41 samples have already been tested of SARS-CoV-2, they were all negative. And then in March, beginning of March, same, all that came in was 140 samples, all negative. Beginning of further in March, the same agency, 80 samples were tested, all negative. And it went on and on. And in the middle of March was the same. And on the 11th of March, they had the first case that was reported by the agency. Then later on, there were no more cases again. And then they had three positive findings on the 19th of March. And then on the 24th of March, they had another positive sample of 40. So the actual formulation then from the people responsible was that biological surveillance gives the impression that there's no relevant SARS-CoV-2 circulation. So what were they doing at that time, keeping in mind that in March, there was hardly any cases, but we were bombarded with cases because what they did, they created a testing pandemic. If you test all these people with not reliable tests, you will get a huge amount of false positive tests. And this was communicated every day in order to keep people in panic. A decision that would become the basis for all lockdown measures and thus turn life in Germany upside down for several years was taken then on March the 17th. Today, we will change the risk assessment for the health of the population in Germany. From today, we will assess it as high. The reason is quite simple. You can see the dynamics. The background to the changed risk assessment is the continuing increase in the of cases. Just going back, we were talking a few days later by the same people that there was no relevant SARS-CoV-2 circulation at all. So you can wonder where this advice came from. And the RKI then actually, this is the actual CDC equivalent that's responsible for the scientific evaluation of the whole crisis management, said that the RKI advises not to test the asymptomatic. They knew this doesn't make sense. And they communicated this in February. They communicated this in the middle of March. Clear message for tomorrow's press conference, no testing of asymptomatic people. And again, at the end of March, according to the RKI recommendation, no symptomatic persons should be tested. Well, very strangely, this was done. And as we know through the protocols now, this was actually because of a political decision, not a scientific decision. And why the people at the RKI remained silent about this, or were they, and it wasn't communicated, we don't know. But the conclusion of this was, there was no relevant dangerous pandemic in Germany in 2020. The pandemic was faked by untargeted mass testing of asymptomatic people against the advice of the RKI. There was no reason to upgrade the risk on the 17th of March. At no time, there was an epidemic situation of national significance, according to the infectious law. Apart from localized strains in the winter months due to the flu-like infections, the hospitals and intensive care units were not overloaded at that time. That is another presentation in itself. But this was something that you could see all over the world. And the RKI crisis team was aware of all these facts. The testing of asymptomatic persons was repeatedly discouraged. Nevertheless, they went ahead. So on March the 16th, 2020, the RKI estimates that 0.007 percent of the population had been infected. In other words, seven out of 100,000 people in Germany had contracted the coronavirus, and only two of every 1,000 people who fell ill died with the virus, not because of the virus. So what about the hospitals? Again, you could repeat these conclusions all over the world. There was never an epidemic situation of national concern. (21:42 - 27:49) And to the available data and statement in the RKI, there was never an overburdening of hospitals and intensive care units. So they were actually behind our backs talking about this. And nevertheless, we saw every day dancing people in overcrowded hospitals. You might wonder where they took the time to dance whilst there was this overload on the intensive care wards, but that's up to everybody to judge. And in the protocol of the 25th of March, it proved there would be no question of a pandemic, let alone a medical emergency with historically low bed occupancy rate of only 50 percent. Historically low. The number of free and occupied beds are almost equal, meaning 50 percent vacancy in our hospitals. RKI adds that usual vacancy is less than 10 percent. And here you can see the graph from 2020 to 2023. Please keep in mind that they had to occupy some beds in order to get all the subsidies because it brought in a lot of money in order to do that. But again, that's another subject in itself. But what about the masks? The Cochrane analysis are also available on the effect of masks and an initial assessment was carried out in 2012 with updates in 2020 and 2023. Updates were conclusive. The wearing mask in the community probably has little or no effect of the course of influenza like illnesses, disease like COVID-19 compared to not wearing masks. The use of respiratory but untrained individual outside of the medical setting and continuous use in the hospital is not sufficiently supported. It should therefore be discontinued. We know now that actual artificial respiration was one of the biggest mistakes and that there have been multiple studies showing the unfortunate fate of the people that had received this kind of a treatment. That's another story in itself. So the RKI protocols, what did they say about that? The one thing was the scientific evidence, but on the 26th of February in 2020, there's no evidence for it. Archaistics to its guns, not recommended in public. Please let that sink in. The German CDC says no, please don't do it. And even in July they repeated the use of FFP2 mask in the general population is not recommended. We know that you had to have a training and a medical assessment in 2019 and all the years prior to get FFP masks approved. For some reason, this was not done. And then in October, the RKI files say again, there is no evidence for the use of FFP2 mask outside the occupational safety. And again, in 2021, beginning of 2021, wearing FFP2 requires an occupational health assessment, health risk assessment may be associated with risks. So these were all facts known. Nevertheless, we know we're now at the fifth birthday of the corona pandemic and still many, many people believe what they have been told. So the conclusion from this is the RKI crisis team was aware of the lack of evidence in favor of the use of mask in the community setting. The RKI crisis team was aware of the potential health risk of the known effect of wearing masks. And the RKI crisis team had repeatedly spoken out against the untargeted use of masks in the population. So what about COVID testing that was ordered by politics? And as we just saw, not by the medical advisory board, because Health Minister Spahn at that time was key here. He ordered testing of not only the sick people, but also the healthy, which had never been done before. So there you have a strange political decision overruling the scientific advisory board to keep on testing, testing, testing. And we could always see, the more tests that were done, the more likely you would find some traces of some viral RNA in it and DNA in it. And so this was a very, very successful tool in order to keep people in panic. So the COVID test itself, the science is out there as well, that has a 30 to 50 percent sensitivity. In May 2020, it was obvious that there were no medical risk and only rising PCR numbers were employed to prolong the notion of a pandemic. And if you look on page 188 on the right side, you can see in these RKI files, the PCR tests were false positive and 86.5 of all those who tested positive in basis of these tests had no scientific basis. Well, there you go. So COVID vaccines, a number of vaccines will become available that have been tested in quick succession. Relevant data will be collected post-marketing. COVID vaccines, in March 2021, we found the first signs of skepticism. It is not yet clear that after vaccination, fewer people are dying. Do vaccinated people die? They obviously didn't have any data. And we can wonder if an experimental emergency use medication is released on the general public, why this wasn't the case. And in February 2021, it's expected, but not certain because it has never been shown that vaccines protect from severe illness, but they cannot stop local proliferation of viruses. (27:49 - 28:59) There exists no protection of others. And do you remember all these signs? Protect your grandma or going to supermarket here in Germany was huge. Protect the other citizens. And remember these pictures of people that were not taking these shots and what was done to them in all these different countries, even creating mandates in some of the most important areas in the military, in the medical field and in the educational field. So you can wonder why they chose for an experiment the most crucial pillars of our society. And if you look at the vaccine protocols on the RKI, the vaccine effect that was in January is not known. Current evidence is not concerning reinfection and transmission. And in April 2020, there's no currently no experience with RNA and DNA vaccines. EMA and Pfizer are considering whether to skip phase three trials. (28:59 - 33:23) So there was no emergency and nevertheless, people were coerced in an emergency treatment. And now we come to another very sad chapter. On the 11th of March in 2020 here in Germany, schools were also closed. School closure areas that are not particularly affected are not recommended to be read in the RKI. All schools, daycare centers and kindergartens. So against the advice of the ones responsible. And we can see in other countries like Sweden that this could have been a very wise move. And if we look at all the psychological damage that has been done to children, the rise of depression and even suicide, we shall definitely push for more clarity on who actually took the decisions and why they were done in the first place. And the other sad thing is that we had all these studies that were coming in that children were at no risk of COVID. We know that in, I think it was March or April 2020, 80% of the German population had already cross-reactive antibody with previous strains. And the children were the ones that had most of them because they exchanged on a daily basis with all these infections since kindergarten. And so they were never affected. Studies showed that under 18, there hadn't been a single casualty or if so with severe background diseases. So children were at no risk and the health ministry plans a booster scheme for children, although there's no recommendation and partly no approval. The health minister posted the following children 12 to 15, BioNTech was 100% effective against COVID without side effects. Everything speaks in favor of vaccinating children, which was again against the evidence and against the voices from the German CDC, the RKI. So when it comes to the influence of politics, the leaks are very, very interesting. Here you can see in September, 2020, European Medicines Association and the FDA were instructed there will be no vaccine approvals authorization until after the November, 2020 election. And you know which election that was? Well, it was the US election. President Trump was not allowed a vaccine trial before the vote. Trump wanted an admission on the 1st of November, 2020, but the political forces behind the Corona scam wanted Biden. So if it was a true scientific emergency and it was about the health of humanity, why did they just push the decision after the US election? And again, this is written in black and white in these protocols. So our final conclusion from all this, and of course there's a lot more material that we could use now, but the political influence of the German CDC and RKI did not decide on scientific grounds. Officials lied to the German public and implemented inefficient and dangerous measures, which traumatized an entire generation and cost countless lives. And Germany is the first country to have whistleblower to publish the pandemic protocols other countries now need to follow. There must be now legal action and accountability for the biggest crime in medical history. And wherever you are listening to and viewing this short summary, in whatever country you are, please get the information out. It is out there. These protocols must exist in every single country. And we know that more and more has been leaked in several countries, which leads to further action. But the important thing is people have to know the truth. In order to prevent a second scheme that is going to be pushed upon humanity, please make sure that this can never happen again. Thank you.
