Angela Rayner: When election fraud meets Muslim rape gang cover-up
Angela Rayner, former UK Deputy Prime Minister and Labour MP for a constituency in Greater Manchester, has become embroiled in an investigation into election fraud that took place during the 7 May local elections.
As Raja Miah has been pointing out, voter fraud in Muslim communities has been going on for years. And the same gangs that perpetrate voter fraud are also connected to Muslim rape gangs.
And Rayner, as with Andy Burnham, is named as helping to coordinate the cover-up of rape gang crimes in Oldham.

Angela Rayner has been drawn into an electoral fraud investigation in her Tameside constituency following the local elections on 7 May 2026, where five people were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud.
Police in Greater Manchester made the arrests after allegations emerged that “fake independent” candidates were placed on the ballot paper by the Tameside Labour group in the St Peter’s ward to split opposition votes. Reports claimed that people associated with the local Labour group discussed this tactic, with one alleged conversation said to have taken place in Rayner’s kitchen.
“St Peter’s was the only ward to return a Labour councillor, Atta ul-Rasool, who has been described as a “protege” of former deputy prime minister Angela Rayner, the local MP,” AOL noted.
Rayner and the Labour Party have, of course, categorically denied any involvement or knowledge of the alleged wrongdoing.
When there are reports of election fraud in an area with a significant Asian population, such as Oldham or Ashton-under-Lyne (Rayner’s constituency), we wonder if there is more to this story.
For years, Raja Miah has been exposing that voter fraud using postal votes from Muslim communities and Muslim rape gangs are connected.

And Miah has frequently highlighted that Angela Rayner has been complicit in covering up crimes committed by what he calls Pakistani rape gangs in Oldham.
For example, last year he wrote:
For years, evidence has mounted showing the Labour Party actively concealed industrial-scale gang rape of working-class white girls by Pakistani men. The official narrative was to first claim “bare-faced lies” and “far-right conspiracy theories.” Leaked emails admit what took place but claim this was done to “maintain community relations.” The operational reality suggests something far more calculated: maintaining a reliable voting bloc.
The cover-up hasn’t ended. It has evolved.
Today, the silence serves a dual purpose: it’s no longer just about votes or social cohesion. It’s about protecting the very politicians, council leaders and senior officials who were complicit.
Politicians like Jim McMahon, Angela Rayner, Debbie Abrahams and Andy Burnham were all implicated in the Oldham [rape gangs] cover-up.

For those unfamiliar with the people and locations Miah is referring to, here is a brief rundown.
Jim McMahon is the Member of Parliament (“MP”) for Oldham West, Chadderton and Royton. Debbie Abrahams is the MP for Oldham East and Saddleworth. Angela Rayner is the MP for Ashton-under-Lyne.
From July 2024 to September 2025, Rayner was also the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, and the Deputy Prime Minister. She resigned in September 2025 after admitting to underpaying stamp duty on a property purchase, a breach of the Ministerial Code. In May 2026, HMRC cleared her of deliberate wrongdoing or carelessness, confirming she had settled £40,000 in unpaid tax without penalty. Now cleared, Rayner is seen as a potential contender in any future Labour leadership contest.
Both Oldham and Ashton-under-Lyne are constituencies that are located within Greater Manchester. Another constituency within Greater Manchester is Makerfield.
Andy Burnham is the Mayor of Greater Manchester and is Labour’s candidate in the Makerfield by-election being held in June. The by-election was triggered when the Labour MP for Makefield, Josh Simons, agreed to step aside, providing Burnham a route to return to Parliament with the expectation of making a bid to become leader of the Labour Party and, as it stands, the UK’s Prime Minister.
We should recall that until February 2026, Simons was the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Department for Science, Innovation and Technology) and the Parliamentary Secretary (Cabinet Office). He resigned from the Government due to his involvement in the Labour Together spy scandal.
How is Rayner implicated in the Oldham cover-up? Two tweets posted by Miah explain.
In one tweet, Miah explained that Rayner had supported a dodgy review of the rape gangs in Oldham commission by Prime Minister hopeful Andy Burnham:
In June 2022, Jim McMahon, Debbie Abrahams and Angela Rayner issued a joint statement responding to the publication of Andy Burnham’s Oldham Independent Assurance Review. This was coordinated damage control designed to end accountability for the Pakistani Rape Gangs before it could begin.
Andy Burnham commissioned the review, defended its limits, whilst his Labour Party colleagues relied on its conclusions to block calls for a national inquiry. For two and a half years, they used the review’s existence to dismiss critics.
Only thorough, sustained pressure did Burnham eventually concede his review was “limited.” Having relied on the review to deny the need for further investigation, he reversed course and supported a national inquiry into grooming gangs.
McMahon, Abrahams, Rayner and Burnham had clearly coordinated their response. They signed off on reassurance they knew was unjustified and attempted to shut down scrutiny into the Pakistani Rape Gangs to protect McMahon and Labour Party politicians involved in the cover-up.

And in a Twitter thread, Miah summarised information which exposed Rayner’s role. As well as providing documentary evidence of her collusion surrounding Burnham’s Independent Assurance Review, it raises serious questions about Rayner’s allies and who Rayner had chosen to be in her team:
“DAWN MARSDEN … is Rayner’s Communications lead. Marsden’s previous role was at the Oldham Chronicle. Her husband, CARL MARSDEN, worked as the Communications lead for Jim McMahon whilst Council leader. Carl Marsden was exposed in Andy Burnham’s own Assurance Review for his role in helping cover up news of the grooming gangs,” he said.
The next tweet in the thread said, “Then there is the case of the now MP Oliver Ryan. Previously a Tameside councillor, a close ally of Rayner, he worked for Oldham Council with Jim McMahon whilst he was council leader. My understanding is that he also returned to work for Oldham Council at the time the CSE [child sexual exploitation] was being exposed to try and help contain the campaign for a Public Inquiry.”
At the end of April, Miah published a video about the upcoming by-election in Makerfield. He identifies the areas where electoral fraud using Muslim postal votes is happening and the on-the-ground machinations of how the criminal gangs operate to ensure their candidate is “voted” in. In the description of his video, Miah said:
Oldham goes to the polls. And the people running this borough are nervous.
They should be.
The same councillors, the same excuses, a Labour group that has treated this town as an inheritance. Postal vote operations that don’t survive scrutiny. A local press that has largely decided its job is stenography.
That changes nothing on its own. But an election creates pressure. It forces decisions into the open. It puts candidates in front of voters who have been lied to and know it.
This is a must-watch for every voter in Oldham. By the time you walk into that booth, you will know exactly what you’re voting on.

While previously it was a hobby culminating in writing articles for Wikipedia (until things made a drastic and undeniable turn in 2020) and a few books for private consumption, since March 2020 I have become a full-time researcher and writer in reaction to the global takeover that came into full view with the introduction of covid-19. For most of my life, I have tried to raise awareness that a small group of people planned to take over the world for their own benefit. There was no way I was going to sit back quietly and simply let them do it once they made their final move.
