In April, at an extraordinary meeting of the World Economic Forum (“WEF”) board, Klaus Schwab announced he was stepping down with immediate effect and bogeyman Peter Brabeck-Letmathe was appointed the interim Chairman.

On 15 August, with the completion of the investigation into Klaus Schwab and his wife Hilde, Brabeck-Letmathe has stepped down from his role as interim Chairman.

On the same day, the World Economic Forum announced the appointment of Larry Fink, Chairman and CEO of BlackRock, as interim co-chairman alongside André Hoffmann, Vice Chairman of pharmaceutical and diagnostic giant Roche.  This appointment takes effect immediately.

Much has been written about Larry Fink and BlackRock, so in this article, we explore André Hoffmann’s background.

Fink’s appointment as interim co-chairman marks a pivotal moment in the convergence of traditional finance and digital assets, as he has become one of Wall Street’s most prominent advocates for Bitcoin, despite previously being a vocal sceptic.

In a statement on Friday, WEF’s new co-chairs said, “We are honoured to take on this leadership role on an interim basis at a pivotal time for the World Economic Forum. As the organisation moves into a new chapter, we look ahead with clarity, purpose, and confidence in the Forum’s enduring mission.”

Continue with “the Forum’s enduring mission”?  So, we can expect more of the same Globalist nonsense from WEF then.

Who is André Hoffmann?

A lot has been written over the years about Larry Fink and the infamous BlackRock.  In this article, we’ll explore Fink’s new WEF partner in crime: André Hoffmann.

Since 2006, Swiss businessman André Hoffman has been the Vice Chairman of Roche Holding AG, the family business. He also sits on the Board of SystemIQ, and WEF’s Board of Trustees and the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.  He is also on the Board of Fellows for the School of Medicine at Stanford Medicine.

Additionally, according to Wikispooks, he is a member of the Bilderberg Steering Committee, Chatham House Governors and the Global Commission for Post-Pandemic Policy.

According to his biography on the Club of Rome website, “André also has a distinguished career in nature conservation and sustainability. He is the President of the MAVA Foundation, and also of Fondation Tour du Valat [in the Camargue, France]. He is also Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Hoffmann Global Institute in Business and Society at INSEAD [in Fontainebleau, France].”

“He served on the board of WWF International for 19 years (the last 10 years as Vice President), Wetlands International, Global Footprint Network and FIBA,” Hoffmann’s biography on Stanford Medicine states.  “His philanthropic activity focuses on sustainable impact in many other organisations, mostly in the field of Education.”

Hoffmann is a leader and core funder of a group that calls itself “The B Team,” a group founded by Virgin Group’s Sir Richard Branson and President, CEO and Chair of Harley-Davidson, Jochen Zeitz.  Hoffman has been “providing unrestricted support to The B Team since 2020.”  A group that is “creating new norms of corporate leadership grounded in sustainability, equality and accountability.”

Father Passing it All onto His Son

André Hoffmann’s father was Luc Hoffmann, a conservationist and philanthropist who was also a member of the board of the family business, Roche Holding AG.  Luc played a significant role in Roche and environmental initiatives, including helping to establish the World Wildlife Fund (“WWF”), serving as director of Wetlands International, establishing the Tour du Valat research centre, and founding the MAVA Foundation in 1994, which André later led until its closure in 2022; in fact, for many of these organisations to which Luc belonged, André succeeded him.  Luc passed away in July 2016.

Passing the father passing the baton to the son also applied to the 1001 Club.  In the little information that is available about this secretive club, both Luc and André Hoffmann have been listed as members.  Previous Club members included David Rockefeller, Edmund de Rothschild and Maurice Strong, according to Bibliotecapleyades.

In a 1978 list, Dr. Lukas Hoffmann and Mrs. Lukas Hoffmann are listed as members of the 1001 Club.  The same two Hoffmanns are listed again in a list of members for 1987.  By 2010, the Hoffmann membership had changed.   The 2010 membership list showed (the date at the end is when that person’s 1001 Club membership began):

• Dr. Luc Hoffmann, Switzerland, 1971
• Ms. Maja Hoffmann, Switzerland, 1990
• Mrs. Rosalie Hoffmann, Switzerland, 2000

It seems “Lukas Hoffmann” is the same person as “Luc Hoffmann,” André’s father.  This is confirmed in an analysis of the club’s membership lists by Dutch independent researcher Joël van der Reijden, who noted the following:

André Hoffmann: Son of Lukas Hoffmann. From 1985-1991, Mr. Hoffmann was with James Capel and Co., London, rising to Manager for European Mergers and Acquisitions, before joining Nestlé UK, London, as a brand manager. Vice-Chairman of the Board of Roche Holding Ltd. (came to the board in 1996 when Lukas retired) as well as of the Board of Givaudan Ltd.; a member of the Board of Brunswick Leasing Ltd, Amazentis SA, MedAssurant Inc., INSEAD and Genentech, Inc. He is Chairman of Nemadi Advisors Ltd, the Living Planet Fund Management Co. and Massellaz S.A. Vice President of WWF International. Chair of the Steering Committee of the Campaign for a Living Planet. A Taste of what the 1001 Club is About

According to Wikipedia, the “1001 Club,” also known as “The 1001: A Nature Trust,” is a financial endowment established in 1970 by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, then-head of the World Wide Fund for Nature (“WWF”), with assistance from South African entrepreneur Anton Rupert.  When the initiative was launched, the stated aim was to help fund WWF by creating a $10 million fund by securing contributions of $10,000 each from 1,001 individuals.

It should be noted that Anton Rupert, a South African businessman who was a co-founder of WWF, was an ally of the Oppenheimer family, according to van der Reijden.  And the Oppenheimers have been very close to the Rothschilds.

Proving it is a clandestine operation, Wikipedia also notes, “Membership of the 1001 Club is confidential. WWF refuses to give information about the members of the club … Many of the 1001 Club members were from the banking sector, other business sectors, intelligence and the military, or were heads of state.”  The club’s membership list was believed to reflect Prince Bernhard’s personal circle and the influence of leading South African personalities. 

According to Wikispooks, the 1001 Club emerged out of the Bilderberg Steering Committee in the late 1960s.  The Bilderberg Steering Committee chooses the guests and so plays an important role in the Bilderberg meetings.  Members of the Steering Committee are chosen by the even more select Bilderberg Advisory Committee.

Prince Philip was educated under a Nazi curriculum centred on eugenics. He founded the WWF with fellow one-time Nazi Party member Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. The current epicentre of power is the Anglo-Dutch monarchies.  It is this power that controls the Bilderberg Group and its junior appendage, the World Economic Forum. According to David B. Gosselin:

Eugenicist Sir Julian Huxley … who also coined the word “transhumanism,” which now serves as a guiding philosophy for the WEF, would go on to found the World Wildlife Fund (“WWF”) in 1963, alongside Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands (House of Orange-Nassau) and Prince Philip (House of Glucksberg). The funding for the WWF would be created using the “1001 Club: A Nature Trust,” organised by Philip and Bernhard personally.

This, then, is what André Hoffmann, one of WEF’s new interim chairmen, is involved with.  Will Larry Fink and Hoffmann “look ahead with clarity, purpose, and confidence in the Forum’s enduring mission”?  They most certainly will. With or without their “eat ze bugz” puppet Klaus Schwab, the Globalist wheel will indeed keep turning through the controligarch’s organisation known as the World Economic Forum.
