Sam Bushman returns, as the National Operations Director for the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) in the United States. Sam joins us to discuss the growing issue of voter fraud in the United States, and how both Canada and the US can tighten up on scrutinizing election processes and nearly eliminate the issue in both countries; to restoring the peoples’ trust in our democratic systems.
On voter fraud with mail-in ballots….
It’s to the point even beyond that where the person in the nursing home may not even be aware that they’re 1. Registered to vote and/or 2. Voting.
On how to investigate voter fraud…
When it gets to vote fraud, a lot of these sheriffs are blatantly admitting that they are not exactly sure how to investigate these things. The reason I bring that up is that we at the CSPOA are working on a booklet to help sheriffs investigate these kinds of frauds.
On Chain of Custody and its Importance in Elections ….
If you want evidence of a crime that raises the level beyond probable cause what about then printing out something for me and deleting the digital master? That alone. They blatantly admit to that. But to me, that alone points to “Why would you do that?” If you’re in accounting there’s terms called audit trails, where you’re not allowed to delete the core, all the transactions behind the scenes. Many accounting systems once you finish a period, they lock it and you can’t even change it. In this case, there is no audit trail. Even if there’s not fraud, that’s not acceptable in America.

Lori Mills is a long-time resident of the Ottawa area. She joins us today to relay her first-person experience of the recent major storm event that left many without power for numerous days. Lori’s account is an example that illustrates the need for people to become more self sufficient, relying less on the government for help.
On the Beginnings of the Storm….
And then I got an emergency alert. So now this is an hour after the storm. That I’m receiving the emergency alert. Very helpful. At the same time, I got a text message from my parents saying that their gazebo was torn apart and then HELP all in capital letters. So, I said I need to head over there. They live about 12 kilometers [from me.]
It took me 45 minutes to get there. And that was because there were trees down everywhere, power lines were down all over the roads and they had, literally people. Had come and put-up caution-tape to stop people from turning onto the street. There was a fire truck right across the road and they detoured us from what looked like an absolute war zone.
There were trees down on every single property. They were on the houses; they were on the cars. There was one where there’s two cars in the driveway side by side, and a tree had fallen from either side, right on top of the cars. It was so shocking to see. I could not believe my eyes.
On the Tangible Failures of Government …
There was no advanced warning of any kind that I knew of mind you. I don’t listen to mainstream media. So, I suppose it’s possible that they might have warned, but nobody I knew anything about it. And certainly, the hydro trucks were out in full force and they were working, but people would get through on the phone and they would say, you’ll have power at 7:30 tonight and things like that. Which of course didn’t happen.
Any information that you could get and even on the radio at this point, they’re saying they’ll have power restored areas by such and such a time. And I don’t think anybody got power back when they were told they were going to get power back.

On assessing your situation…
The first step is you look at what you have, what you can realistically do. You might only want to start with something that you probably can’t screw up. Maybe just herbs. It’s not a lot, but at the same time, you’re going to start to get a feel. And that’s what’s really important. First step is getting a feel for what you’re dealing with.
On the self-sufficiency mindset…
You’re going to learn some valuable lessons there. You’re going to just start yourself down that road. Okay. I can do this. I’m not as disconnected from my food as I once thought. And then you could build up from there. Let’s say you’re in an apartment and you can rent the roofs. I know there’s people who’ve done that before.

We are joined today by Warrant Officer James Topp, a 28-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces who set out in February of this year to march from BC to Ottawa in protest of the covid mandates that are being imposed on all Canadians by our own government or by our employers – or both. James shares his mission, his vision and his values as he makes his way toward our country’s capitol and what he hopes to achieve by continuing to march for all Canadians’ freedoms.
On What James is Marching For…
…what we’re calling three plus one R’s; Repealing mandates, Reinstating workers, Restitution for wages lost…then what I have encountered on this journey necessitated the introduction of a fourth R which we’re calling Repair. Because we have a deeply divided society. We have a number of people who voiced their objections at work and lost their jobs. There’s a significant degree of suffering going on here.
It’s unknown to the folks who went along to get along. And it’s something that needs to be made known to our members of parliament, and individually I’ve spoken to a number of them now, and they all acknowledged this, but I think what this will do. And when I say Repair now … to re-establish trust in our institutions, I believe because what I’ve encountered on this journey for the last four months, since I left Vancouver as I’ve talked to folks who are unhappy with the mandates, who are really intensely dissatisfied with our federal government.
On the MP’s who have committed to meet with James in Ottawa …
I’ve reached out to members of parliament way back in early April with the help of the team. I wrote a letter and with the help of the team we mailed it to every single member of parliament, all 338 of them, including a number of senators. I have outlined the reasons why I’m doing this. And I asked them for an opportunity to speak with them and we built on that. We’ve established that they will attend a meeting or they, some of them will, 17 of them, 16 conservative members of parliament, one NDP, we have reserved a venue. We’re going to livestream the conversation.
On What Media has Reached out to Cover James’ Protest
[Canadians] feel that they’ve been left behind, if you’re talking about one recent interview, I did have with on the fringes of the mainstream with Evan Solomon, he pointed out that there’s 90% of Canadians that are vaccinated, that still leaves about 5 or 6 million people affected. And so, in order to re-establish faith in them and in their government, it will go a long way for us to have this conversation on June 22nd.

On How to Lie Using Statistics …
Mortality is a hot topic right now with regard to the reasoning by the government to justify taking away people’s rights and freedoms. When we looked at the data, we could see that there’s an increasing number of people entering into the high mortality years of 70 years of age and older. It’s explained the rise in the number of deaths.
As the number of people aged into the high mortality years, it was almost one increased the other one increased almost in lock step. That told us a lot, the variation in mortality had a lot to do with the variation and the age of the number of people in the high mortality years at 70 and over, it was almost a hundred percent.
On COVID and H1N1 Virus…
It’s helpful for people to take a look at the chart for their own clarification, but that’s essentially what happened. There’s fluctuations and the 2020 deaths are well within the parameters of it compared to the previous 20 years. It’s not statistically significantly different. You would be making an error to say so…that’s just the way that it goes, people tend to die in the winter time, especially over 70.
On Reform vs. Revolution…
I try to avoid revolution. I think it can be too messy. I do lean towards reform and I hope that we’re not going too far past, but that some reform would be helpful. I would have in the high schools, the civics courses that Brian Peckford’s been talking about, I think that’s really important. I never had those. I had no idea. I’m just learning now how that works.
But I would also include basic numeracy courses. I’d like to go back to the prescribed learning outcomes, the one that I advocate is teach students how to access and assess data…using the population census of population…if all the schools across Canada had those basic courses, they would be comfortable doubting and being able to go take a look themselves…people are smart. They’re not dumb. There are some people out there that don’t want to have an informed and consulted society. They prefer to have a misinformed and easily misled society. I think knowledge is a good way for us to become free of that.

On why his medical license was revoked …
The main part of it was that I was writing exemptions for people so they would not have to have the covid shots and in some cases wear a mask. In British Columbia we had some guidelines which are not policy, they’re guidelines from public health saying that people could not have an exemption from their doctor unless they had one of the shots already and had had a near-death experience.
On the dysfunction of the Colleges Of Physicians…
What they’re supporting is policy, which is coming down through the Ministry of Health without really examining it. I got the impression that the colleges are not looking at the science themselves. I think they’re just taking orders and doing what they’re told. I don’t really know what’s going on inside the heads of the college, but my understanding is that they are not really interested in the science. I know that other doctors who’ve had to respond to complaints have sent in information and had interviews and so forth with the college here in British Columbia and they don’t seem to care about the evidence.
On Facts versus the Official Narrative…
There’s been some evidence that the VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System in the States that they’ve been pulling people off. Now, originally their excuse was these were double reports. But in fact, that’s not the case.
And I think there’s been at least 10,000 deaths that have been taken off. From people that work in that field and have been watching it constantly, there’s a lot of shenanigans going on in terms of manipulating the statistics so, it wouldn’t be surprising. The Department of Defense in the United States has pretty good statistics and they’ve shown, increases of, I think it’s 270% in things like spontaneous abortions or miscarriages, since the rollout of the shots compared to the previous five years.

On striking down federal travel restrictions…
I was hired by the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms, to be external counsel and assist a team of lawyers that they have. We’re working hard on seeking to strike down the federal government’s travel mandate, which prevents approximately 6 million Canadians who are unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated from flying or going on a ship or a train, prevents them from doing that within the country and prevents them from leaving the country. We will most likely be in the court in September. And we will have a two-day hearing where the lawyers, myself and there’s other applicants as well with other legal teams.
On Freedom Convoy legal battles…
[The Truckers] have been sued for $306 million by a personal injury lawyer. There’s a number of court proceedings related to the various donated funds that haven’t yet been returned to the donors because the class action lawyer brought up a court order against the truckers as did the Attorney General for Ontario, declaring it to be crime proceeds and on it goes.
On Tamara Lich’s Situation…
…she was in prison for 19 days on a charge of conspiracy to commit mischief that wasn’t committed. When she was brought into to the courthouse on her second jail appearance, they had her handcuffed, chained and shackled. So, that if nobody knows, that’s handcuffs around your wrist, going to a chain that’s around your waist and locked, going to a chain that goes down to your ankles and you’ve got handcuffs on your ankles. So, you have to do this shuffle walk. That’s what they did. She is five feet tall. She’s a petite lady, a grandmother, but she was a political prisoner. It was obvious she was a political prisoner, but what’s equally disturbing is ultimately after the third try with the legal team, the criminal law team that I coordinate with, we were able to get her out. One of her bail conditions, she’s banned from using any form of social media directly or indirectly. She’s banned from assisting or promoting any criticism of the government’s COVID mandates and restrictions or speaking in support of freedom movements. Valani, Vladimir Putin’s political opponent, who Putin has in jail just after the incredibly horrific invasion occurred of Ukraine. Valani from jail was able to call on Russians to protest in the street.
If Tamara Lich were to call on Canadians to protest in support of the Charter and civil liberties and were to call on Canadians to take to the streets, to COVID restrictions, she’d be thrown in jail. [Putin] can’t even do that in Russia.

Willem Engel is at the center of the fight for rights and freedoms in Holland. Their Prime Minister, Mark Rutte, is very similar to Trudeau. He is an agent of the WEF and the violations of people’s rights there are just as bad as they are in Canada. Election fraud, freezing of bank accounts, curfews and censorship. On the Recent Court Wins in Holland…
So, it’s almost exactly the same thing as Canada, because we’re living in a script…now in Holland, I think it was 10 days of quarantine. if you came from a red area, so a high-risk area, even with a negative test, you still had to quarantine and self isolate…all this is unconstitutional…what we see in the verdicts of all the cases that we lose is not that we lose on the arguments is that we lose because the judges don’t want to give a verdict. Then they go to the group of experts, meaning the WHO or the European CDC or the national outbreak management team.
On How it isn’t Only our Medical Freedom at Stake…
These massive election frauds in Canada, the United States now recently, France, Holland, Switzerland, and Germany, all done by these Dominion voting machines…these problems were already present in 2017. So, we should not think that the election fraud is just COVID. No, it precedes COVID from the election of Trump, 2016. They have been rigging all these elections to put all these people in, these world economic forum puppets.
On the 5G Face Behind the Mask….
We have seen so many crazy things. First being called conspiracy theorists and now actually being valid. There’s a few angles to this. So, 5G has already been admitted as part of the fourth industrial revolution, being the infrastructure for the internet of bodies and the internet of things. Anita Krishna worked as a producer for Global News for 20 years. She was recently fired for attending a demonstration in Vancouver where she spoke briefly about the dangers of the vaccines. Global terminated her employment, citing that her statements, which were made on her own time and not as a representative of Global, were in violation of their policies. I’ve worked in TV news for a very long time…when COVID hit and all this mania and lunacy was taking place I immediately didn’t feel right about any of it. It was just so blatantly over the top, that every day I went to work, I felt like a crazy person because of what we were putting on the news just didn’t make any sense to me. The thing about it is that I went to a rally, just out of curiosity, mainly because this particular doctor who had been locked up, was talking about miscarriages and I am a mother of two and I certainly know how vulnerable you are when you’re pregnant and how worried you are about your health. You certainly can’t even eat certain cheeses. Like they tell you to stay away from this and stay away from that. And all of a sudden, we’re telling you go and take this injection. What on earth, doesn’t anybody know what Thalidomide is?
On What Journalistic Integrity is Not…
I know now that there is a Trusted News Initiative. I didn’t know that at the time. And I know now that 90% of media in Canada, radio, television, newspapers are bought by our government. All mainstream media in my opinion are “Press-titutes” because we are bought and we are paid for, of course I’m not part of them anymore. And I would say that Trudeau is our pimp. We do what he wants. And so, if you’re watching CTV, Global, CBC, you do what he wants, you no longer report facts, both sides, you report bias cause you are paid to do so. Do you think you’re going to go against somebody that’s paid? You’re going to bite the hand that feeds you? These people all have mortgages and children as I do too, but I would rather have less money and work as a cashier than put that crap on the air.
On Anita’s Message to The People….
Know this: you are deliberately being misinformed about every single thing. And in the future, do not trust what they come to tell you. If they all of a sudden say: put this digital ID on your phone, you say no, take this forth booster, you say no, put this mask on your child. You better bloody all stand up and say no now, because if you still bend over and say yes, you will be a victim to whatever nefarious plan they want to do. They do not have your health, your welfare, your financial interest, they are not looking out for you. And if you haven’t seen that in the past two years with your business, your church, your livelihood, your level of fitness, your spirituality, all of these things they tried to take away from you to destroy you, to mask you, to keep you distant, to not talk. This was on purpose; they made no mistakes.

How do we identify and address environmental health challenges? And here we will be looking at the fluoridation of water. We’ll be looking at what’s happening with farming, the use of pesticides and radio frequency, radiation. Among other things because I think COVID has occupied our minds so completely in the last two years that we have completely ignored all the other things that are potential threats to our health, then addressing how to optimize health. We have to look at the environmental challenges…leading us into a healthier paradigm where we take responsibility for our health in a preventative way.
On the global approach to healthcare and medicine…
It should be all about health promotion. It would be all about predicting poor health and preventing it. In the ideal world, we would be much more in tune with nature. We would be choosing to spend time outdoors with our shoes off, singing, dancing. We are much more suited to dancing and singing then what I’m doing in this office right now and what you’re doing in your office right now. What I’m saying is, we wouldn’t necessarily need injections. Obviously, there’s always the chance you’re going to have an injury and so one needs hospitals and doctors. But we need practices that we do ourselves way before we get sick. We need to be able to recognize when we are not well.
