Pastor Timothy Stephens refused to comply with the government’s illegal covid mandates and continued operating his Alberta church with no masks and no social distancing. He was arrested twice and held in prison for 21 days. His case is the first of the many thousands of fine cases to not only make it to trial, but to get a decision. All charges were dropped and Justice Dunlop ruled the government’s actions illegal. Leighton also discusses other cases and his thoughts on amnesty for the covid criminals in our government.

the biggest problem as I see it is public health has never had the power in the past or at least never showed precedent in the past of ever having province wide / nation wide “mandates”
when outside of the realm of restaurant & food processing safety their sole power & obligation has always been that of inform & recommend, health Canada even admits in their 96 I think it is immunization protocols that in Canada such health mandates are unconstitutional & are therefore encouraged but not compulsory.
the second thing is we need to go after the low hanging fruit the “paid influencers” pushing the COVID narrative & the shots & if law enforcement & the courts are too corrupt, under common law the people have the right to establish legitimate tribunals for crimes against humanity.
once we start putting paid influencers, Corporate CEO’s & NGO’s to death for their Nuremberg Code violations, we can then dictate the terms of surrender & limited amnesty for some of the political & medical power structure.
part of that deal needs to be the people taking control of the political process, things like no political party or politician can introduce or pass a bill law, bylaw, policy, agreement, treaty, accord or such unless they were specifically elected to do so or they have over 2/3rds or the number that voted in the last election in conformable organic petitions (that means not pushed, suggested or promoted in any way by government, activists or NGO’s)
the next critical change we need passed into law is that retroactive to the official forming of our nation, all laws, bylaws, policies, bills, agreements, treaties, partnerships accords & such either foisted upon the people or entered into on behalf or the people in good faith or otherwise must knowledge & respect the dignity & self worth of the individual to be constitutional, legal or binding.
with regards to the current any such must be struck down upon simple challenge & basic review, going forward any attempt to introduce, pass or uphold any such for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to “pandemics”, epidemics, health or other emergencies, claimed or declared crisis that does not acknowledge & respect the dignity & self worth of the individual and the Canadian Bill of Rights & Charter of Rights & freedoms, first and foremost, will be deemed unconstitutional, illegal & void.
those attempting to introduce, push, pass, suggest or promote such in a organized public campaign or narrative aimed at influencing public opinion shall be charged with circumventing the sovereignty of the people & if found guilty will serve a mandatory 2 year mandatory jail term.
the 3rd term of their amnesty must criminalize “social engineering” & “social justice” with a 5 year mandatory jail term & forfeiture of any organizational assets used for such activism or indoctrination campaigns.
the 4th term of their surrender must be criminalizing political “Campaign Donations”, going forward election & campaign costs will be set as part of the provincial & federal budget & every legitimate candidate in a race will get the same set amount depending on their riding & population size they need to reach.
likewise air time will be equally allotted to every candidate & party & debates must equally allow & include every candidate & party and all forms of media must give fair & unbiased coverage of all candidates running.
those things would be a start to getting us back on track, but the real change will not happen until we declare the UN a foreign entity with members & policies not compatible with western values being used to circumvent the sovereignty of democratic nations & taking the foreign & domestic policy making away from the people of those nations, from the ground up with their SDG’s & such.
they & their sub groups like the WHO & IPCC are no more the one authority on world health than they are the one authority on world climate & now claim they are the one authority on science.
