(0:00 - 0:31) In the past few years, many of us have come to distrust the medical establishment, and especially Big Pharma. And yet, still, the majority of people turn to their doctor when something goes wrong. But one man has been fighting an information war for over 20 years to show us that there are very viable alternatives, and that the key to many of the chronic health problems we suffer today is found in our diet, or rather, in something essential that is missing from our diet. (0:33 - 1:24) Most of us have heard that fish oils are good for us, but this is incomplete information. The balance of oils is essential, and the pharmaceutical industry with their supplements and medications has once again gotten that balance wrong, often causing more problems than they are solving. Paul Beatty is not a doctor, but he does hold three degrees, and he understands the metabolic effects of these oils on our health on a much deeper level than anyone I have ever interviewed. He has helped people to recover from cancer, diabetes, and many other metabolic diseases simply by adding the right balance of oils to their diet. And this has proven to be highly effective, even in those of us already eating a natural foods diet. In this interview, you will learn the secret that Paul discovered years ago. (1:25 - 1:43) He's been canceled and ignored because the cure is a simple supplement that anyone can get without a prescription. Paul, it's a pleasure to have you on the show. Great to be here, Will. (1:44 - 2:16) Now, I invited you to this interview because I've been following your work for a while now. You have a website called naturalcancerrecovery.com. We're going to talk about cancer, what really causes it, and the fact that it's... Well, I'm not even going to try to summarize because it's quite a morass to get into, but we're going to talk about some other things as well. But I wanted to start with the cancer because in the notes that you sent to me, you made an assertion that cancer is caused, at its most basic, by a lack of oxygen to the mitochondria. (2:16 - 3:47) So would you please explain what's causing that lack of oxygen and why it leads to cancer? Okay. Basically, if we view the body, the ability of our bloodstream to transfer oxygen to the cell, then the cell itself has these little engines in it called mitochondria. And the membranes on this mitochondria, there's a number of them, but the key on them is that they be your omega-6, this is called the chiralopin, but the omega-6 fatty acid, syslanolic, in the proper form to exchange oxygen into the mitochondria to produce energy, ATP. Now, when that energy weans because of lack of oxygen, then what happens is it's like a carburetor on a car that starts to close. The engine gets sluggish. There's lots of fatigue. The brain takes about 50% of the oxygen that we inhale and take in every day to run. So the brain gets very foggy. And of course, this is why a wonderful research, and this won the Nobel Prize for a gentleman named Dr. Otto Warburg, and this is summarized very great in a book called The Hidden Story of Cancer by Brian Peskin. (3:49 - 5:47) People can read that, but this was all withheld as knowledge. And MIT and other places have tried to disprove the theory, and no one has been able to disprove it, and there's actually more proof coming out all the time that it is absolutely correct that the primary cause of cancer is a deprivation of oxygen in the range of 30% to 35%. So it's the respiration of the cell, deprivation of oxygen, and the body then turns to utilizing basically glucose or sugar to try and stay operative. And that's not the best fuel, especially if it's processed sugars. Right. So in essence, what's happening is that due to environmental dietary factors that we're going to get into, there's not enough omega-6 getting into the mitochondria. Without that omega-6, the mitochondria can't metabolize the oxygen, and therefore, it's starving the cell of oxygen. Correct. Correct. So now that we know that, let's get into the causes for it, because as I just said, it's dietary, it's environmental, it's epigenetics, there's a lot of stuff going on there. So I'm going to let you run with that, Paul, and explain what's going on metabolically that's leading to that lack of omega-6. Okay. First and foremost, there are only two essential fatty acids. This is referred to as your omega-6 and omega-3. Omega-9 is not an essential fatty acid. It can be made, think of 6 plus 3. So what we hear about... That's right. I'm going to jump in because I know that there's a lot of people who don't know what we mean by essential. When we talk about essential fatty acids, essential amino acids, your body can't make them and it can't store them. So you have to get them from your diet. Correct. Very important point. (5:47 - 6:10) So we have to get these proper fats for the mitochondria to produce oxygen. And the problem has been that the medical profession and most people have gone down a giant rabbit hole. And that giant rabbit hole is that, oh, essential fats, that's omega-3, that's fish oil. (6:11 - 10:11) And that is the farthest thing from the truth. One needs to just say, how did people live in the mountains and never eat a fish? And in many cases live longer than those who ate lots of fish. Or you get certain parts of the world where all they do is eat fish and they have more cancer earlier than people who don't eat all that fish. So what people need to understand is that everything in life is a balance and moderation. And so we need to understand that 95% of the fatty acids that are essential for us are omega-6. Even walnuts that they push as omega-3, has five to six times the omega-6 in it that it does three. All your nuts, all your seeds, everything. So people have been misled that omega-3s are more important than omega-6s. And nothing could be farther from the truth. The combative part of this is that omega-3s in effect, overdosing and too much of them, they impede the ability to process omega-6s. So the key becomes balance of these two very minimal amounts. And to show you just how important it is to understand this, the food supply, like I say, is virtually almost all, and this is a CIS form, almost all when it's unprocessed in this CIS form. And the body naturally will have a preference, a preference of omega-3 to omega-6, because there's virtually no omega-3 in our food supply, other than things like flax, which nobody would cook with, or maybe some chia. But very few things have parent, these are the initial starting point from your diet, parent omega-3s. If you load up with a lot of omega-3s and especially derivatives, this is EPA, DHA, these are your derivatives, then what you're going to do is you're going to shut down your omega-6 pathway, which is so much more important. Do you really think that the creator put on earth a whole bunch of omega-6 fats in our food supply because he wanted to make us all sick? Come on, people. So the key here is to understand that omega-6 is so much more important and so much more plentiful in our food supply. You just don't want to apply heat, light, and oxygen to it because it alters. But linoleic acid, the parent omega-6, in the cis form, only has two double bonds. What does that mean? Well, that means it has some stability. It takes X amount of oxidation to break that down. The more double bonds, the easier it oxidizes, which then causes free radical damage. So the farther you go down the metabolic process of these chains, omega-6 and 3, remembering they're competing, then the easier it is for these things to turn bad real quick from heat, light, and oxygen. So let's go to EPA, DHA. They have five and six double bonds. They turn rancid. If you were out in BC and you caught a fish, a salmon, and you brought it in and you put it in a pan with some butter and you build a fire and you have it right there, it is life-giving. (10:12 - 11:09) Would you eat it if you left it on your dock for an hour and a half in the sunlight? No. Why? That's how fast it oxidizes. So the key is if you want unprocessed, these fat, you don't need a lot of them. They will make up 25 to 33% of your cell membrane on average. 50% of your cell membrane should be bricks and mortar. It's called saturated fat with no double bonds. The thing you were told caused heart disease, makes up 50% of the average cell membrane in the body. So people need to understand that these things are the doors and windows. And when you install crooked doors and windows, you let garbage into your cell and garbage doesn't come out. (11:09 - 12:55) So oxidized and adulterated oils of the omega-6 and 3, this is like installing doors and windows that don't close and open properly. You have set up the terrain to be poisoned. So I learned that the cell membrane is to be poisoned. So ironically, those who are taking these omega-3 supplements for their health are actually sabotaging it because it's shutting down the omega-6 pathways. Correct. Correct. We need such small amount of the omega-3s and we retain it. And the only places you'll hear them speak about where we have any amount of it is in the retina and the brain. But we have just as much, if you can imagine, we have just as much arachidonic acid, omega-6 derivative in the brain, which is where all your inflammation is. So the key becomes, you know, you want to go back and, first of all, the fats that you need in your diet, you don't want to overdo it because you put stress on your liver, but you want saturated fat to be the only thing that you actually cook with. Period. Even monounsaturates like olive oil, that's okay. Basically, that is neutral. That is not an essential fat that you have to have from your diet. And the key to understand all these things is your monounsaturates, even though they're a polyunsaturate, which means many, they got three double bonds. (12:55 - 15:09) So they're going to oxidize. Basically, these fats, the more double bonds, the more they're going to break down quicker and cause you free radical damage, which of course is what's going on in aging people and what's causing fatigue and what's causing, you know, eventually the breakdown, even on the red blood cells, we see this, then, you know, taking proper balanced fatty acids will restore the poppiness and the donut-like shape of the red blood cells. You can talk to any, and I, believe me, I've been doing this for 20 years, you can talk to anybody that's taking the red blood cells under the microscopes, these high-powered microscopes, and showing that restoration of that individual red blood cell is so critical because if those red blood cells aren't shaped like a donut and they're all broken up like we're seeing as a result of what's been going on, then what happens is they can't squeeze into the small capillary. So you end up with cold hands, cold feet, cold nose. You end up with a brain that's foggy. They're not exchanging oxygen in those cells, and those cells are dying, and you are aging rapidly. I hope that answers it. It does. So now we've talked about what's causing it, and specifically here cancer, we're gonna get to some other things later. And so now, and the fact that we need very, very little omega-3s, but we need more omega-6, which is what's gonna help the mitochondria and the cells to process the oxygen and avoid that oxygen deprivation, it's also gonna plump up the cells and get those flowing through the minor capillaries. So how do we fix this? Because of course the pharmaceutical industry is definitely not the answer. Okay. The way to fix it is obviously be aware of the things that are impairing this pathway. That's number one. What we can do though is we can do something called dietary manipulation of eicosanoids. (15:09 - 18:24) Now, eicosanoids are made from these fats on the cell membrane, and these are your signaling molecules that regulate everything to do with the cell. They're like hormones, but they don't travel in your bloodstream any distance, like testosterone or estrogen or whatever. These communicate with the cells around that cell. And believe it or not, get ready, hold on, to show you the complexity, we can produce up to 2000 of these per second per cell. We are a biochemical electrical machine that is unheralded. The estimate on the brain is that we're producing up to 10,000 per second per cell of these communicators. Okay. So we can manipulate this to compensate for the inability to produce some of these messaging. And we can do that with a certain balance of derivatives that are past the enzymes that are being blocked by all the bad things in our society that we're doing to ourselves. And those kinds of things are obviously toxic load. Aging. Doing this, just so your audience can understand the power. Trials were published in 1996, and using GLA and only from Evening Primrose, and I guess I should mention the brand because he deserves the recognition, David Horrobin and Efamol Research, that they showed that three capsules a day for 84 days, your skin was 9.1 to 12.2 years younger, according to every measurement known to man. That was published in the top dermatological journals. But what they don't tell you is this, this is going into every membrane. So all your tissues are becoming 9.1 to 12.2 years younger. So the key... You have to clarify, this is the Primrose oil we're talking about. Yes, this is the Primrose oil. Now we want to balance that with a small amount, very small, tiny amount of omega-3. Obviously, you're going to need a little more omega-3 if you decide you want to live in an igloo and die in your 50s of other diseases other than heart disease. The whole thing with the studies from the Dutch and the Eskimos was all fraud, just like the Framington study was fraud. So people need to understand that you relative to your environment need to eat what your ancestors ate, and you need to eat locally as much as possible, because we've evolved with those foods and they affect your metabolism, and they affect generations of your metabolism. It's like being a vegan. We don't see a lot of problems for people who are vegans where their grandparents and their grandparents were vegans. (18:24 - 19:20) But someone who's a meat eater and then decides to become a vegan overnight, we see so much cancer, we see so much mental problems and so forth. So you can... And it's so different than dog, is it, right? You have a dog, I have a dog, they're man's best friend, but you just can't switch a dog to what they should be eating, which is raw, they're based on the wolf, from kibble. But I ask people all the time, how healthy would you be if you ate kibble, a.k.a. crap dinner, every day of the week? So your dog will get sick if you switch them over immediately. Your dog will be very sick for a while. You have to transition food very slowly so the body can adjust. It's called tolerance. (19:21 - 20:29) So I hope that answers. I'm not sure I got to sometimes get carried away for 30 years of knowledge stuck in this old head. Okay. So we've got a solution and that's the primrose oil with a small amount of omega-3. Stop taking large amounts of omega-3. I think it would follow from that, stop eating large amounts of fish because your body, your brain is going to store that omega-3, it's just keep building up. So we've gotten to this point. Now, I want to bring into this also healthy diet because obviously that's essential. I mean, if you're eating a processed foods diet and you're doing this stuff, it's going to have limited effect because you've got this horrible dietary foundation that's messing up your metabolism. So let's talk about the healthy diet. Okay. The first thing you need to realize is that the big enemy, and this happened in the 60s, the first enemy in the 60s that really started to change all of this was the industrial complex going out and telling mothers to have this instant formula. (20:31 - 22:33) But it's much better than breast milk because the largest source of these fatty acids is produced in a healthy mother for her baby. In other words, if she's producing these fats, she has no problem, none, breastfeeding. None. I have taken dozens and dozens of ladies over the years who were having trouble after giving birth, having breastfeeding, given them evening primrose oil, and in two to three days they are producing enough milk for two babies. Isn't it interesting that in 1991, the Japanese signed with Horvand and started putting evening primrose oil, the GLA, in an instant formula called Snobrand. It only got to 30% market share because a lot of people, it was much more expensive. GLA is expensive too. It's a crop that's very difficult to grow. So anyways, it's very important that a mother use this. Now, what do they tell you about evening primrose because in Europe and other places with respect to pregnancy, many of these women have been using evening primrose oil for years, for years, for all kinds of women's issues. But if you look at the so-called science that isn't, it'll say, oh, don't use this because it'll bring on the baby. It'll bring on the baby when you want. So in other words, let's say you're taking two or three capsules. Then in the third trimester, you need a little bit more omega-3 because the brain's developing. And I've done this with lots of mothers. And so eventually what happens is you get down to the point where your due date is. Well, now you take four or five capsules for a couple of days in a row of evening primrose. You could drive a Mack truck out. (22:34 - 24:46) There's no cesarean needed. Boom. So it's all in the application and understanding the metabolic pathway. So the bottom line on that one is that that's where it started, the corruptness with this. Then along came the Framington study and the fast food study, all the fast food stuff and everything else. But even McDonald's until about what, 1971, was using saturated fat to cope with. And once they switched to these seed oils, with the worst of all being Canada's contribution to the world, Canada oil, better known as canola oil, better known as rapeseed oil, better known as the number one lubricant for the machinery of World War II. But we got to find a home for it and we'll genetically alter it and change it so that we can reduce the uric acid in rapeseed oil, which is poisonous to man and beast. But there's still some in it trace amounts. So you want something that is going to help dumb you down, just make sure you get the number one oil being sold and used in every restaurant and every fast food place that's called canola oil. And so these oils are all bad for you when they're exposed to heat, light, and oxygen, especially cooking. And of course, the way you freeze it, it's frying. I'd like to throw an organization, and I'll get your opinion on it, because people like simple rules. And of course, we have all these various options for cooking oils. And what I tell people is, if it's made from a grain, don't use it. If it's made from seeds, it's probably good for you. Well, you have to be careful there because seed oils, when they're heated, they alter from adulterated to unadulterated, or from unadulterated to adulterated. I tend to use avocado oil. (24:48 - 27:41) Well, avocado is monounsaturated, so that's like olive oil. They're much better because they have a higher smoke point, yes. But they're still not the best, because if you think how your grandparents all cooked with, what did they cook with? Well, when the meat was clean, they would take the pork fat or the beef fat or whatever, pour it in a can, it sat on the kitchen counter, right? And then they would spoon it out the next day to use or the day after or whatever, and it wouldn't be altered. And that is the best fat to cook with because it will not oxidize at all. Whereas, one of the best ways is thundered animal fat. Yeah. And then if somebody was wanting to use a commercial off the store shelf oil, what would you recommend would be the best one? Coconut. Okay. Unprocessed coconut, which they've used in Asia and all over forever, but it's got to be unprocessed because again, what is it? It's a saturated fat. There's no double bonds that have to be oxidized. So these are by far the best. And of course, coconut is very wonderful because of caprylic and lauric acid in it being an antifungal. And of course, my association with William Crook back in the 90s, when we appeared on a number of TV shows together, he was the father of the yeast connection. So he wrote the yeast connection and chronic fatigue syndrome, kind enough to put me in there for a few pages. And of course, that's what tipped me off with the CDC and what was going on with Robert Gallo and so forth down there. He was from Tennessee. Wonderful old man. Anyways, so saturated fat is what our ancestry cooked with and what a lot of parts of Europe still cook with because it doesn't alter the molecule. So you don't create a crooked door and window with it. That's it. I'm not saying that olive oil is bad, but the olive oil, even avocado oil, they're much better if you use them at the end of a cooking process to sort of saute something with at a lower temperature or to pour it over for flavor. But most people, you know, well, most people, they go to the grocery store, they buy these cheaper olive oils. I mean, 70% of these are cut with canola oil or soybean oil or whatever. I mean, the mafia out of Italy has control of a huge part of the olive oil market. And people need to be aware that less is more, but you want quality. Quality is everything. So, go ahead. (27:42 - 32:42) So now we've talked about everything that's led us up to this point. We've gotten through the cancer, we've got what really causes it, the omega-3, the omega-6, the primrose oil, what oils to use, what oils not to use. So what I'd like to do now is let's transition into talking about other issues, not just cancer, because of course we've got things like diabetes, we've got hypertension, we've got, well, let's just talk about chronic inflammation and all the problems that that causes. Yeah. Okay. I think the biggie here is chronic inflammation because it drives all degenerative diseases. We've actually shown this too with Alzheimer's. So you can go online and check me in with a product called EZTrek. And one of my associates, Brian Heskin, does a wonderful job on this with, he's a researcher and puts up, he's an MIT graduate and puts up information relative to findings with Alzheimer's and heart disease and a whole bunch of things. So there's information here. The key part on understanding inflammation is that it's your omega-6s that produce the anti-inflammatory breaks on the inflammation. And all your drugs, your niacin steroids, corticosteroids and everything else, although they immediately block the inflammation, i.e. pain, they in effect long-term block your anti-inflammatory, which is your natural response. And they do that by impeding the delta-6 because of the toxic side effect. And the more of these you go on in the higher dose, the more blockage there is. And how many people do we know that started out with ibuprofen or Advil, and then it was Tylenol-3 or Tylenol-5, and then a few years later, it's Percocet, Pregnizone, whatever, and all the way up to opiates. And 30 years go by and you've filled the coppers of the pharmaceutical industry, and now nothing works for you. And that's just the gradual breakdown of this metabolic pathway over time while your wallet's being fleeced. So people need to understand that the answers are in nature, always have been in nature. How would we have got here without all these medications? We're sicker than we've ever been as a population. And before they had all these things, so-called headed to medicine based on gas and oil, called the Rockefeller switch. Anyways, how did we ever survive? We survived because the answers are all in nature. And people don't realize that most drugs are actually based on things from nature to start with. And then it's all about altering it slightly, a few molecules here or there to basically turn it into a drug. But those altering are things that our bodies are so precise through evolution that it knows those alterings make it not proper for the body. So yeah, it's all to get the patents. The key is you have to follow the patents to find out why. And of course, the world's authority at the time, because he was 30, 40 years ahead, was David Horobin. And of course, he had 110 patents in this area and you can't even find them unless you know which big holes to go down. Why? Because it's the patents that tell you what's unique, what's going on, what's real. I mean, ask David Martin. I mean, the patents lead you to the truth because that's what drives the whole thing. It's called greed and profit place. And how are we going to address that? Okay. The chronic inflammation is addressed by increasing a signaling molecule called prostaglandin E1, which is made on your omega-6 pathway from a substrate called de-homogamma-linolenic acid. And that's a very good one for the game Scrabble. You know, you thought supercalifragilisticexpialidocious was good, hit him with the homogamma-linolenic acid. Anyways, this is a molecule that's made through this omega-6 pathway past the delta-6 enzyme through your liver. And when we produce that, we produce signals. These are called eicosanoids. And certain ones of these signals that are important, they are your most powerful anti-inflammatory to counteract inflammation naturally. Doing this is a slow process. This is what people need to understand. (32:43 - 33:28) Drugs work by blocking and impeding something. This is through diet. And what it does is it slowly brings you back into balance so that you're not, so that you heal. One of the big mistakes everybody makes, and we've done this for years with colds and flu. In the olden days, grandma would say, go to bed. You don't feel well. You got a fever, sweat it out. The fever was a normal thing to get because that fever, the virus or virus particles can only live in a certain temperature range. And the fever was the way your body fought naturally to kill that virus that was active. (33:28 - 35:54) So that got rid of the virus. And the other thing that would help was, isn't it interesting, was something called chicken soup. Well, chicken soup and bird family had the largest concentration of arachidonic acid. Now, arachidonic acid in today's birds produces a lot more inflammation than beef or whatever. But the key back then was that that arachidonic acid, because all long chain fats between 16 and 18 carbon atoms disassemble every virus known to man out there. So we're talking DLA, DDLA, arachidonic acid. We're talking EPA, DHA on the omega-3 chain. And we're talking lauric and caprylic acid as a medium chain saturate. Those things disassemble all viruses, including HIV, by the way, of which I helped people who could not afford retroviral drugs in the 90s. Okay? Okay. We didn't move on from that, Ben, because you've just made a really important point. Once again, this is dietary. We already talked about the firm rose oil, the omega-3s. But now that we're talking specifically about the chronic inflammation, the viral load, all of that stuff, what should people be getting in their diet to fix that? Okay. First and foremost, get off of the stuff that is impairing this pathway, that's putting such stress on your liver. We now have 70% or whatever, fatty liver disease and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. And a lot of that, the alcoholic, is actually brought on by all the yeast. These are processed foods. So you have to get off of packaged, processed food. You need to go back and eat directly from the earth. You must start to cook because all these bad oils are in everything that arrives at your front door. They're in every restaurant. It's atrocious. Okay? ...sugars and refined grains. (35:54 - 37:54) Okay. Sugar and refined grains, no question, even refined salt, anything that's refined. So what you want to do is understand the contamination that's going on in a lot of things. And of course, there's some big enemies out there like glyphosate and aluminum oxide coming down in the sky and bromium oxide. I mean, the list goes on and on. All of these things will impair this pathway because your liver is virtually your main filter. That's your main filter of your system of your body. And it will take the good fats and it will convert them into the components that your body needs to send signals to regulate everything that goes on at the cellular level. Everything. Your immune system, your initiation of T lymphocytes, your CD4, your CD8, your natural killer cells. It does it all. So it's about the messaging. It's like what we deal with, Will. And that is, who's the biggest enemy out there right now? The media. The media is the biggest enemy because they are the ones perpetrating the false information. So the false, oh, they're corrupt. But we wouldn't be led down these garden paths if we had true journalism like you do and true truth. Yes. And you're absolutely right. Something I've said many times is that people who have bad information make bad decisions. People who have good information make good decisions. So if you're letting your information from mainstream media, I guarantee it, you're making bad decisions. The only reason I listen a bit once in a while to headlines from mainstream media is so that whatever they tell me I shouldn't do, I know it's the thing to do. Yes. (37:55 - 39:02) Well, I think that one of the most important things people need to realize is how many factors are involved in impairing this pathway. And just think of this pathway as your transportation system. This is the pathway that's important for taking in what the cell needs and disposing of the waste products that are given off. And that highway is impacted through this pathway by stress hormones, by aging, by toxic load, by chemicals, by the toxic side effect of drugs, and the list goes on and on, by trans fats, which they're finally getting out of the food, but still in some, by adulterated oils. In other words, processed food is our biggest enemy. And now with what's been happening in our skies for a long time that people haven't paid attention to, what's happening too is the poisoning of our water supply that of course is getting into the food. (39:03 - 39:40) And people need to start to realize that 25 years or so ago, jet engines were altered to basically produce no condensation. So the only, you know, when someone says to someone, well, that's condensation. Well, I'm sorry, but you might see one of those planes in a month that has condensation coming out of them because it's 30 years old. The others today don't have that. What they have coming out of them is aluminum oxide, bromine oxide, cesium, lithium. Do you want me to go on? Radioactive bromine oxide is 10 times more toxic than arsenic. (39:41 - 43:13) You're hearing all these cow ready. That's the way it went from that's getting into our food. Absolutely. And of course, you know, you can see behind me here, but we've been feeding the animals for a few years now, like they're just lining up night and day. We're in a suburb, but I'm very close to the Bruce trail. Well, the deer come up, the fox eat out of our hands, the skunks and raccoons together come to the back door. Why? All the bugs and insects are being destroyed because the pH of the soil is altered. And of course the soil now no longer has these bugs and everything else. So that environment in the soil is all changing. And now what happens is we don't get, we get runoff because the soil is all becoming without aeration from all these microbes. The water does not absorb into the ground. So now it just flows along to the lowest place. And you end up with three feet of water under a, under an overpass and somebody screaming a 911 to come and save them. I mean, there's even stories now of cows in farmer's fields from a two hour rain. They got to go rescue the cow because all the water flowed into a bowl somewhere and the cows stuck in the bloody water and is drowning. So people need to understand there's, there's no such thing as coincidence. People need to understand when things aren't the way they used to be. There's a reason for it. And unfortunately too many of these reasons point to the same, I call them the 4P club. Would you like to hear what the 4P club is? Yes, I would. Psychopaths, pedophiles, parasites and politicians. All right. George Carlin was one of my heroes in the eighties, but it is important to people understand that we're not talking about a cure taking these oils. We're talking about supporting naturally what the immune system is trying to do to detoxify from this onslaught that we're under. And people need to get their head around that this was all planned as is coming out around the world, that they literally wanted to poison us. And yet we're going to find more things in these hydrogels and MRNA. But the bottom line is the, the folded proteins and folded lipids, both cause, both cause tremendous amounts of inflammation in the body. So not only is there the a total amount here of what you would say is everything poisoning, but the kitchen sink is in these molecules. The actual delivery system, which was developed at UBC. And we won't get into all of that. Check out David Martin, if you want on that one. But what, what happens is these things inherently by themselves being adulterated oils, these things inherently by themselves cause inflammation. So our terrain was set up on our cell membranes with all these bad oils and everything else back going back in the sixties. (43:14 - 44:16) And then basically what's happened is this was the icing on the cake to get this stuff into us and make it easier to be transmitted in the poisons and so forth. And the fats play such a crucial role because we have to understand that the fattest tissue in your body is your brain. If you have brain problems and your brain is 65 to 70% fat, are you going to bet it's proteins? Are you going to bet it's fat? Well, they spent billions to pharmaceutical industry to try and prove it's folded proteins called amyloid. That's the result. The initiation of it is again, the highway, oxygen, oxidation, free radical damage, breakdown of cell membrane. Now the proteins that float in that double lipid layer, they form the amyloid plaque. (44:18 - 45:53) So if you don't get blood flow and especially to the pineal gland, the pineal gland is critical for critical thinking, for empathy, for understanding. I think that's why all these guys who are leaders, I use that word in exclamation marks, that are psychopaths, that's why they have to give the triangle sign because they don't have a pineal gland. And of course it's a pineal gland calcifies, then the hippocampus starts to calcify. What's that? That's called your memory. Yes. Anybody noticed anybody having problems with short-term memory out there? Everywhere. Yes. So it all starts with oxygen and blood flow and understand that many good scientists have come out and said the four big enemies that are calcifying your pineal gland, which is your fifth eye or chakra, then the important things that are doing it are aluminum oxide bonds with fluoride. So anything with fluoride in it now is going to be twice as bad as fluoride was 20 years ago because now it's loaded with aluminum oxide. So it's a double neurotoxin. Then you've got glyphosate, round up. And then on top of that, you have EMS, electromagnetic frequencies. Now, is there any science to show what we can protect ourselves at the cell level? Oh yeah. Go back to the eighties. Brenner looked at radiation. (45:53 - 46:25) Horrobin looked at radiation. But finally in 2022, big study, gamma-linolenic acid protects against the damaging effects of all ionizing radiation. So radiation is a big one. Chemotherapy is a big one as far as impeding the delta six enzyme. Okay. So what's in there? If you're going in for cancer treatment, you get on these oils before you go in. (46:27 - 47:01) Then if you're going to have a CAT scan, you tell them you're like a diabetic patient. You don't want the blue dye, which is sugar. You're looking at one or 2% less accuracy. Who cares? You want an MRI, you can get it because it's not as damaging as the radiation from the CAT scan. So there's things you can do with the knowledge to try and safeguard yourself. Because if you ask any doctor, oh, what's in that shot? You mean the tetanus? We don't know. (47:02 - 51:12) What's in that pill? We don't know. What's in that? Oh, we don't know. Well, who knows? What? Do I have to go to the pharmacist and he pulls out his feet with nothing on it again? Like COVID? So my only advice to people is buyer beware. I can't tell people what to do and I don't. But they need to realize that the doctors are indoctrinated. The doctors do what they do. The system is set up. And the bottom line is we have some heroes like Makis, Trozzi, others in Canada, and thank God they have a moral stick to them. But I think an interesting thing, Mr. Will, would be for you to try and get in touch with Makis for an understanding. You know, he's quite well and I've interviewed him several times. Okay. Because there's two points here that are very important, I think, to share with the public and with him. Number one, why does fasting help these people so much with the cancer? Fasting increases the activity of the delta six enzyme up to 300 times the process to make DLA from linoleic acid. There's your answer for all of a sudden some oxygen. Okay. The other thing is, is that McCullough and these other doctors, one of the things they have in their toolbox is they're using black seed oil. Yes. Black seed oil has 17% DLA. Okay. Borage has 26% DLA. Evening primrose, other than ephremal, which is a special rhizal seed, has 12%. Others have 9%. Now, why, why, and this blew Horrobin away in the 80s and 90s, why is evening primrose oil so much more effective? Very simple. It's a concept called stereospecificity. So the positioning of the DLA and what company it keeps on the triglyceride impacts the pathway. There's 25, 26 different triglycerides in borage oil. So it produces very little PTE1. The interesting thing about borage oil and the same, same goes by the way with a black seed oil. The very interesting thing too with black seed oil is that black seed oil and borage oil produce something because of these other fats in it called thromboxin B2. That is the precursor to thromboxin A2, which is blood platelet stickiness. So long-term use of black seed oil and borage oil actually increased blood platelet stickiness, which spells heart attack and stroke by the way. And of course, borage oil is mainly sold out there. And borage oil market was trying to be cornered because Saskatchewan was world leader in borage growth. That was tried to be cornered by the Sears brothers. If you remember the Sears brothers and the zone in the early 90s, the zone and the zone one and whatever. Well, what happened is a guy named Dr. Barry Holub at Guelph University is a top scientist there in fats. And he's the one who actually introduced the world to omega-3 eggs. But he did a study with borage oil in the 90s and he showed that borage oil long-term was very dangerous. And then two other studies out of Texas A&M and so forth corroborated it. (51:13 - 54:13) And of course, Guelph University was not very happy with him because all that funding from the borage oil industry went down the tube. So we have to be very careful in understanding this isn't just GLA because the reason that evening primrose oil and this blew horrible in them, they didn't want to use evening primrose because it's too hard to grow. Remember this crop only blooms once at night every two years. That's it. That's your harvest. Every two years. They couldn't even get farmers to grow it originally until they started paying them upfront and giving them the seeds to begin with. And they got paid whether the crop came in or not. And it's growing in the northern hemisphere and the southern hemisphere. So that's why you see very little evening primrose oil in the market because it's financially just a disaster, right? Borage oil, much bigger yield, easier to grow, lots more crop. You know what I'm saying? So the key here is to understand what has the highest amount of linoleic acid out there as an essential fatty acid or a seed or whatever. Evening primrose, about 75%. Then you're looking at 12% GLA. Then you're looking at 10% oleic. There's almost nothing else in here. So you have this all lined up on just your omega-6 pathway, whereas these other oils, including fungal oils they looked at, and I can show you the studies from 88 with Jenkins. This wasn't even Horvitz work. And then the other oils, they do not produce the PGE1 in any significant amount, like evening primrose, and they produce some bad actors. So we have to be very careful, and that's called stereospecificity. And that leads me to one more point. Why are people getting this shot and other ones aren't? I think the answer is, I mean, they keep talking about this batch, that batch, whatever. They need to understand a concept called implicitly. Implicity in chemistry is the knowledge to understand that water and oil don't mix. So what you end up with, with these big vats in manufacturing, is you end up with concentrated batches that end up at the top of the, you know, top of the big container, stainless steel container, wherever they're mixing it in, maybe that's 5%, 7%, 8%, it'll vary. Then you get a maybe 30% in the middle that's all broken down, these hydrogels, and so there's a little bit, not a lot, whatever. And then you get a whole bunch that's just saline, because water and oil don't mix. So the only way you can explain this to some people, I mean, you have to have a background in vats, but what they need to understand, a layperson, is getting these shots is like playing Russian roulette. (54:15 - 55:23) Each time you take one is another Russian roulette. But here's the key, not even Pfizer or Moderna can tell you how big the bullets are or how many are in the gun. Nobody can. It's going to be all over the board, because these things, then they're shipments. So if you're traveling to a warm country versus another one, if you're in a storm with a plane that's carrying the stuff or whatever, there's going to be more shaking. If you, you know, they were supposed to be kept in fridges. Why? At 120, minus 120. Why? So it was stable. Well, that didn't happen because of warp speed. So the bottom line on all of that is, is nobody can tell you whether you're going, because I've had people who had four or five, then gone back for another one. They're paralyzed now. They're paralyzed. Like, so it's totally Russian roulette. And like I say, you can't go by batch really, other than that's going to say, okay, well, more died in that one. Well, that just means more in that group got the top bet that went down. (55:23 - 56:08) That doesn't mean that there's not going to be a whole bunch to very slowly disable it. Because remember, this is a 2030 program, not 2024, 2025. But nobody was supposed to, those people who got those very concentrated batches, we owe so much to those people who gave their lives in literally a few days or a few weeks or whatever, or we'd have had no alarm bell sound. It had been a very slow, slow increase. And even today, what do you got? You got people going, oh yeah, my husband, well, he fell. He's got a brain bleed. What did he fall on? His back. What did he fall on? His hip. How's he got a brain bleed from that? Yeah. All right. Well, false. Yeah. (56:09 - 58:03) No, no, it's all right. I'd like to give a very, very basic summary of what we talked about. And I have a question for you. So let's start with an assumption. And the assumption would be that people, the person, hypothetical person we're talking about, is eating a healthy, whole foods diet. Because we already talked about the manufactured foods diet, and that's just a whole new can of worms there, everything that that does to you. But we're still living in a toxic environment. Yeah. As you were referring, we've got all this crap coming into our soil, through the water, so yada, yada, yada. It's just, you're breathing it in the air. Even if you're eating that healthy, whole foods diet, you still got toxins coming into your system. Oh, more than ever. Yep. Right. And very few people, I mean, unless you're living in a commune, you're probably not cooking with rendered beef fat. You're probably using something you bought from the store. Yep. But even there, you've got more stuff coming in. But if you counter that with the evening primrose oil and a small amount of omega-3, keeping reminder with folks that everything Paul discussed earlier, too much omega-3 is really bad because it's going to block the omega-6 pathway that you need to reduce the inflammation and keep the oxygen flowing to the mitochondria and all of that. And then now, now that I've brought us up to speed with all of that, you were talking about the shots, the mRNA shots, the spike proteins that are causing chronic inflammation. How is all of this, could this help those people who are suffering from the brain fog and all the other side effects of these shots and the spike proteins? Absolutely. I have helped some people with long haulers after you explained to them, because they've been brainwashed, that it's COVID, including the indigenous community is really because so many people went down, but their terrain was set up for it, if you know what I'm saying. I've helped many of these people get back to work. Are they 100% healed? Absolutely not. (58:03 - 1:02:02) But they're 70, 80, 90% back and they're going to work or they're trying to survive, they're trying to get back on their feet. The biggest mistake they all make, because I did this to myself in the nineties. I was always a type A personality. I played varsity hockey. I had three university degrees, you know, dah, dah, dah, whoopie doo. The bottom line is, you have to pace yourself. You have to listen to your body's metabolism and you have to understand all these different things that are impacting your liver. We are reversing people who are on wait lists for a liver transplant. They don't need it. We even have a doctor in states that brother needed a lung transplant and no longer needs it. We have stories that nobody believes. I have people who came to me in the nineties that had already paid for their funeral and they had cancer in four organs and they were in palliative care with palliative radiation and 80 pounds in a wheelchair. And they're still with us today and turned around. But because of the palliative radiation, they've had to have five, six, seven operations on organs, all due to that ongoing radiation from the palliative radiation doses backward, but they're still alive. I've got dozens with pancreatic cancer who were given months to live and they're still alive today, doing no drugs 15 years later. And I could go on and on. I wish I had the resources and to protect myself, I have stories of two and three and four-year-olds that were seeing the top people at McMaster, it's the kids, the top doctors at SickKids in Toronto. And these kids, the billing over the course of a year and a half had to be a half a million dollars testing them for everything under the sun. And those babies are now four and five years old and alive. And what turned them around was these fats. I mean, these kids were being genetically tested. They were being tested for HIV. They were being tested for a liver, looking at liver this kind of transplant. It's unbelievable. But you have to understand, the doctors do not know what they're dealing with on average, but they never have. They never have. Because like I said, the cell membrane and these signaling, this is everything. This is degenerative disease. And that's what we suffer from as a population, is degenerative disease driven by inflammation. So we have to start to understand, and by the way, a lot of those testimonials that I have, and even the ones on my website, those are their phone numbers. You can call these people. But I have hundreds of those. A lot of them I don't put up. Most of them I haven't been putting up due to resources, but also due to the fact that they name doctors. They name hospital. They go on and name six and seven of the top in Canada. Well, I don't need, listen, I come through enough lawsuits. I don't need a defamation of character lawsuit from a doctor backed by the pharmaceutical industry. I mean, they've come at me with enough ways that you wouldn't believe over the years. I don't even want to get into it because I get sick when I think of my wife and I have been through and what we're still going through and how far we are down the financial hole because of it. But I'll tell you one thing, they're going to have to carry me on. All right. Paul, you've given us a really good overview, and I realize this is a very complex subject. As you mentioned, you've got three university degrees. You're scientifically very knowledgeable, and it's very obvious from the information you sent to me. (1:02:03 - 1:03:47) So if people want to delve deeper, your website, naturalcancerrecovery.com, would that be the best resource to start with? Well, that's a good one. The other one you can go to, you could just punch in because we've got this approved in the U.S. and we're getting it through some doctors coming into Canada as we're working on this very slowly so that we don't cause problems, if you know what I mean, border-wise. What you want to look at is, and the trade name for this is EZTREC, but you can go Paul Beattie and EZTREC or Brian Peskin Pharmaceuticals. You can get his book on there. I don't sell anything on my website, by the way, just so you know. Of course, that's been a big mistake for 30 years, but I did that purposely because I didn't want to be lumped in with all this nonsense that these doctors are selling and they don't even know what's in the bottle, just endorsement fees. So I'm not getting any kind of endorsement fees and for the millionth time, I do not own Ephemol. I have no shares in Ephemol. It's not a public company. It's private. People need to take charge of themselves because they're not going to get these answers and it's criminal because I've spoken, I've had so many doctors who will come to me and I've saved their lives with terminal cancers for the doctors and they come in with 60 bottles of supplements and then they have the nerve to look at me and go, I don't eat any processed food. And I go, what do you think that is? That's 60 tablets of whatever. (1:03:47 - 1:04:54) You don't want a whole bunch of stuff. The key part here, the cofactors that are so important zinc, magnesium and selenium are the minerals. Those three are key. So there's certain foods you can do with these things, you have to know, but I put people on a particular multivitamin. I won't get into the research and the science, but it's patented. It'll give you five to 10 times the absorption with small doses, 75% less free radical damage than anything on the market around the globe, all patented. And then I put them on flavonoids to thin the blood naturally. Okay. These are highest, this is the only unfermented grapeseed, grape skin product on the market put together by the guy who invented aspirin a day and then found that it was negated by stress aspirin. So I try and put people on three things and change their diet and that's what they end up turning around. But if you put them on 47 supplements, that's processed food. Yes. (1:04:55 - 1:05:40) People need to understand there's binders, fillers, everything else in there to make it deliberate to you. Nobody, you need to understand that we need these fats, the good ones from nature, but we also need the minerals which have disappeared in our soil because a bunch of them are cofactors including, you know, vitamin C, vitamin D, niacinamide is very critical. B3, you know, because Horrobin worked with a guy named Linus Pauling, you might've heard of him, and a guy named Abram Hoffer. They were the triumvirate that really brought forth orthomolecular medicine. Horrobin always stayed in the background. That's why it lasted so long opening the can of worms. (1:05:44 - 1:09:18) Now, speaking about midworms, I intentionally haven't opened it because it would take us down trails into some very deep science that would go over most people's heads. So I've tried to keep this on a more basic level and we've already discussed that they can go to your website or others to get more information on this. You're the real expert, Paul. So before we close out this interview, is there anything else that you feel is really essential for the viewers to know? Number one, take charge of your own health, period. Don't rely on doctors, the medical profession or whatever. What they don't know, how can they help you with it? Number two, don't be afraid to get in touch with me email-wise. It's efapaul at yahoo.ca. Don't be afraid to call me. Every disinformation troll out there gives me a hard time, but I know who most of them are locally now. But the key is gather knowledge, go to my website, go to Brian Peskin's website, look into EZtrek through a doctor. Your doctor can get it through the doctors in the U.S., whatever. These are properly balanced. They're approved under food medicine. It's absolutely critical that you make these dietary changes, that you get these oils into you. And I'll just give you a little tip, okay? One of the things that people are really missing is selenium. I just mentioned zinc, magnesium. I think people are realizing that if you've been following anything on the internet, the zinc and magnesium are critical for the immune system. They don't talk about selenium. So where are you going to get selenium? Brazil nuts are the best source, but they're going to cause you a lot of grief if you don't soak them in water for eight or ten hours, okay? So you soak them in water and you eat a couple day and watch what comes out of your rear end. You won't believe. The other thing is when your immune system is so weak, you have to realize that we are full. We are part of nature. We're full of viruses. I'm talking to you. You've got more viruses in you right now than cell and body. Up the tree, you have a group of viruses hitting us all the time, but our immune system deals with them. Yes, and they're in us, around us, and so are parasites, and so are fungus and everything else. So you need to take the Louis Pasteur theory and throw it out the window and understand it's not something coming at you from the outside. All of this is in you. It's are your defenses weakening? Your number one defense is your skin. Then after that, it's your cell membranes because what you put in your mouth into your digestive system is now going to be entering into your transport system that is affected by these fats so dominantly. I'm talking to some of these doctors. I hope they get in touch with me just to understand because yes, fasting helps, but don't you want to know why? They don't know what delta-6 enzyme is. How could they? They don't know what GLA, DGLA, any of these. (1:09:18 - 1:09:44) I'm telling you $999 out of $1,000. If you mention fatty acids, they go, that's fish oil. That's it. Period. Billion dollar industry that is exactly a replay of fluoride. A waste product 30 years ago that was put in a capsule and is now a billion dollar mark. (1:09:45 - 1:09:59) Right. Now, Paul, I want to ask one last very specific question because earlier when we were talking about the evening primrose oil, which seems to be such a huge key in all of this, you mentioned that it's difficult to get the real natural stuff. A lot of it's adulterated. (1:09:59 - 1:12:12) How would people find a good quality primrose oil? Okay. First of all, your best bet is an organic evening primrose oil, and you're getting that in EZtrek out of the States. Okay. We are moving that up here through, I can't divulge, but I am working with some consortiums in the US and whatever that are setting up a few hundred centers of alternative healthcare because it won't be that long from now that the current healthcare system that we have here and in the US, I believe they're going to collapse. No question about it. They're non-sustainable. So go to that. The other thing is the brand you can trust is Efamol. They are the world leaders in fatty acid research. They were for 25 years. They did all the research. That was Horrobin's company before he was ousted and taken away. And the interesting part is their research facility was, they were awarded a $10 million from the Nova Scotia government. They built an unbelievable state-of-the-art lab in the early 90s in Kentville, Nova Scotia, because the grant they got was for an over-unemployed area. And of course, Acadia and all that's right there. So they ended up hiring about 70 lab technicians. They brought in some of the senior urologists and that from Merck and that. I actually flew down there, met with a number of these people, and then the grand opening with all the dignitaries and even royalty crap from England was there. I was invited down to that. And what was interesting is shortly after that, Horrobin was ousted off the board of his own company. And the bulldozers went in. The place was about a year old out in the woods. It was just like Star Wars. I mean, all the lab equipment, everything else, and they plowed it into the ground. (1:12:12 - 1:12:19) Yeah. And people aren't even aware that these kinds of things go on behind the scenes. Yeah. (1:12:19 - 1:12:30) Right. Could you spell the numbers just so people can find the right- Okay. Just, well, the way I get people to understand it, just think of all those people who won't listen to you and you go Efamol. (1:12:31 - 1:12:40) Gotcha. So it's E-F-A-M-O-L stands for essential fatty acid molecules. Yeah. (1:12:40 - 1:18:16) And you're best off getting the thousand milligram. It's less expensive. But like everything else these days, the price just keeps going up, up, up. It's crazy. But you don't need a lot. You just need it in balance. So most people, if they took three capsules for three months or four months, they'll see usually in 60 days a huge change. I have to laugh and just relate to you how many women that I've helped with, oh, cancer and diabetes, all different diseases. And then they'll call me up a year later, six months ago, do I still have to take this stuff? And I'll go, well, it's up to you. You're saying your cancers, your tumors have all reduced and this and that and everything else. I go, well, it's up to you. And then it's funny. They'll say, well, I think I'll stay on it because everybody thinks I look younger and my skin is so soft like a baby. And I sit there and I go, so what happened about four years ago? Efamol didn't have this on the label. They just put beautiful skin on the label. Sales went up 32% in 50 countries. Do we live in a vain world? And I've sat and lectured to a bunch of naturopaths, MDs, and so forth. And even some of the pharmacists that were there in the vets, but the pharmacists, you know, they have it on their shelf. They have no idea what it's even for. And the reason for that, unless you have a rep coming in, is offering up dinner, is offering up free this or whatever, and they don't pay any attention to what the heck is even in their stores. So, just last question for clarification. Efamol, you said thousand milligram dosage. When you said three capsules, do you mean 3000 milligrams a day then? Yeah, that's what I would do. But I would start slow, one a day, and then let your body start to, you know, tolerate it. It won't cause any problems. The only side effects, and you know, even in the 90s, there's 800 million person years worth taken with no known side effects. But because it's a fat, you don't want to take it on an empty stomach, because any oil, any oil, olive oil, anything on an empty stomach can cause nausea. Any oil on an empty stomach. So, you just want to have, I don't care whether it's just a cracker or something, or a piece of toast, or something, you just don't want it on a totally empty stomach. And you know, there's, I mean, we give it to babies and everything else, like we'll squirt it right in and they just love it. They'll go like this, the arms up and everything else, they want more. Because, and it's a mild almond flavor, so you don't have to, if you're, you know, concerned about the capsule at all. But you'll do that, and then, you know, you're not going to need, well, you might now, what they're doing, you might need to stay on three. I mean, I'm still taking three capsules a day, and all of my family, minimum of three. Mind you, I'm under tremendous stress, but, you know, that's 35 years later. Like, that started in 1990, so 34 years. And when I tell a doctor that, you know, the response I get, well, because you won't believe this, they want to know if I've grown a vagina. I'm not joking. And the reason is, I think they must get their information from those olden days from the Star magazine at the checkout counter or whatever, because women have used it for decades and years. There was actually a prescription for this in, Efamol was, called FMS, for breast myalgia, for PMS, for menopause, right? Women have used it for years. You got to remember, it went from the Native North American Indians, medicine men used it, then it went over to Europe in the 1700s, became known as the King's Cure-All, until Horrobin started to unravel why. And so, these guys are under the thought that it increases estrogen. No, no, no. I'll give you the proof on that one. Since 1991, the most famous breast clinic in Canada has been the Ville de Marie in Montreal. Well, when they, her two knew, okay, which is the aggressive, most aggressive form of breast cancer is that her two knew gene, right? What, since 1991, they've been giving the peoples a very toxic drug to block estrogen called Tamoxifen. The women, 90% could not tolerate it. It was so bad. You know how they got them to tolerate it? Early 90s, they started giving them Ephemeral. And the women could all their studies that showed all that out of France and England. Now, the interesting part on the GLA with breast cancer is Dr. Ruth Lupla, Northwestern, I believe it was, she was doing research. And in 2008, published in the top cancer journals that GLA inhibited the expression of the her two new gene in breast cancer and prevented the side effects of chemotherapy. You know what happened to her as a result of publishing that? She got the virus. So she had to go get a job. (1:18:17 - 1:18:36) She ended up at an awful place called the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. And having learned her lesson, he continued the research with a twist. He showed that GLA killed 87% of pancreatic cancer cells. (1:18:37 - 1:20:43) These are all published in the cancer journal. But she used the drug of choice along with it in a small amount. So they couldn't just say it was the GLA. But this is the kind when you take a deep dive and know where to look. And there's been stunning, stunning stuff come out in the last 10 years out of the research arena in this area. But here's the problem. And you know, I tell Brian Peskin this all the time. I pull up a paper, I dig something out and I go this is miraculous. And then you look, it's been out there for nine years. Guess how many views worldwide? Six, four, seven. Why? If they don't know the language, how are they supposed to understand it? And when I say the language, I'm talking to metabolic pathways. I'm talking what is DGLA? So if you're not schooled in that chemistry of what's involved here, are you going to read some paper that means nothing to you? No. So the medical profession, they don't even know half these journals exist. Of course, they're even paying them, are they? All right, Paul, thank you for your time and for this incredible information. And folks, you will find Paul's contact information beneath this interview. Paul, thank you so much. I want to thank you. And yeah, I hope we can get to some doctors to understand this, some of these heroes out there, because it's just another big piece of the puzzle that will help a lot of patients and people because the destruction is not going to slow down, you know, and I know it will. It's just as long as this messaging continues, then there'll be a Bilberg effect will continue and more people will march to the, unfortunately, to the showers. God bless, Mike. God bless. Take care.
