Trans paedophile Richard Cox demands: ‘stop misgendering me’ in court over ‘indecent exposure in young girls’ changing rooms’

A transgender paedophile has demanded that prosecutors stop “misgendering” him at a court hearing for alleged indecent exposure in young girls’ changing rooms.
Convicted male predator Richard Cox, 58, faces a string of charges for exposing himself to women and children in girls’ locker rooms at schools and community centres in Virginia.
Cox, at “tier three” or the highest level on the state’s sex offenders’ register for crimes dating back to 1992, appeared in court on Thursday while witnesses came forward to testify.
There, he repeatedly claimed he is now a woman – and demanded the prosecutor be ordered to stop misgendering him.

The prosecutor told the court: “These facts speak clearly to Cox’s motive for visiting those facilities,” according to 7News.
He was separately arrested on December 6 for allegedly spying on women while naked in the female changing rooms at a swimming centre in Arlington, which shares facilities with the local Washington-Liberty High School.
Investigations revealed a chilling pattern stretching as far back as September 2024.
Despite a string of complaints, Cox allegedly continued to access the centre’s facilities by claiming to be transgender.
Detectives linked him to similar incidents at Washington-Liberty High School in October and Wakefield High School in October and November last year.
His string of accusations and offences has raised eyebrows after local police were revealed to have done nothing about Cox when he was seen visiting a water park designed for young children with disabilities.
Cox is not allowed within 100 feet of a child day programme.
But the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) never arrested or charged Cox for this visit.
Police also failed to charge Cox for entering women’s changing rooms at a string of recreational facilities.
Commentators online have also poured scorn on how Arlington Public Schools allows people to use locker rooms and bathrooms of their choice based on their “gender identity”.
JK Rowling, the multi-billionaire author and outspoken gender-critical activist, issued a chilling response to his case.
She sarcastically prodded: “Remember: there is no evidence whatsoever that a sexual predator would claim to be a woman so he could enter female changing rooms and public bathrooms. It literally never happens.”
