Examples of medical, digital and political tyranny from across the world

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The following is a selection of recent articles that demonstrate tyranny is becoming law in several countries where you would not expect to find it.

Take the example of  Dr. Renata Moon, an American paediatrician, who is facing an investigation for speaking out against covid injections and is being targeted for allegedly spreading misinformation. Or Canadian combat veterans being offered euthanasia instead of treatment.  That’s medical tyranny.

Then there is the digital tyranny being rolled out across the world, the political tyranny in Romania and the religious tyranny of the late Pope Francis, who promoted eco-paganism.

Tyranny is often recognised only in hindsight because its victims initially accept it as necessary for their own good or as a response to perceived threats. People tend to think that tyranny is something that happens to other people, somewhere else.  Often, tyranny’s victims do not sense that they are living under oppressive rule until it is too late.

Signs that tyranny is becoming law include the erosion of democratic institutions, suppression of free speech and dissent, politicisation of the judiciary, widespread corruption and the use of state power to target and oppress specific groups within the population.

The following is a brief description of recent articles from various sources showing that tyranny is becoming law in several countries, as has been the trend since March 2020.  To read any particular article in full, follow the hyperlink contained in the subheading.

A Look into New Zealand’s Mass Media as a Public Health Tool During the Covid Years

During the covid “pandemic,” New Zealand’s corporate media played a significant role in shaping public perceptions and promoting a government-approved narrative, often blurring the lines between journalism and public health messaging.

The government’s substantial funding of media outlets, totalling $116 million, created a financial dependency that has raised serious concerns about media impartiality and the suppression of dissenting voices.

This government interference undermines democratic principles and highlights the need for accountability and examination of the media’s duty of care in crises.

Slovak PM Robert Fico Issues Stark Warning About DNA Contamination In Covid Shots

Mr. Fico has issued a warning about the covid injections used in Slovakia, citing “extremely high” levels of DNA contamination in the mRNA-based “vaccines.”

A recent report found up to 100 times the regulatory limit of residual DNA in vials of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. Mr. Fico has called for an immediate halt to government purchases of these vaccines until investigations are complete and has urged further testing by the Slovak Academy of Sciences.

Let’s Not Forget The Mass Casualties Of The Covid Response Part 1: Lockdowns

The “pandemic” restrictions imposed by governments were multiple and the associated harms were pervasive. So, Dr. Gary Sidley has split them into three articles. The first focuses on the mass casualties of lockdowns, the second on the victims of fear inflation and mask requirements, and the third on those impacted by the escalation of ‘Do Not Resuscitate’ orders, midazolam prescribing and the covid “vaccine” rollout.

The political decisions to incarcerate healthy people in their own homes, to close businesses, and to shut down schools – which were at odds with any existing pandemic plans – caused widespread damage to communities, both in the UK and across the world. So, five years on … let’s not forget the 21,000 non-covid excess deaths during the first UK lockdown and the millions who died in Asia as a direct consequence of this restriction.

This Paediatrician Is Fighting Back

Dr. Renata Moon, a paediatrician with over 20 years of experience, is facing an investigation by the Washington Medical Commission for speaking out against the covid injections. Despite having a clean career history, Dr. Moon was dismissed from her role at Washington State University and is now being targeted for allegedly spreading misinformation.

Yet Another Struggling Soldier Says Veteran Affairs Canada Offered Him Euthanasia

A Canadian combat veteran, David Baltzer, has come forward to reveal that he was offered euthanasia by Veteran Affairs Canada in 2019. Baltzer’s story is part of a growing scandal, with multiple veterans alleging that they were offered assisted suicide by the agency.  The practice seems to be widespread; it is not isolated to a single caseworker but rather a policy issue within the organisation.

Be Not Enticed to Tyranny: Oppose The Surveillance State

Elizabeth Melton argues that the widespread use of surveillance technologies, such as smart doorbells and license plate readers, poses a significant threat to individual rights and freedoms. She highlights the dangers of a surveillance state, citing examples of its use in authoritarian countries and the potential for abuse by governments and corporations.

Live Facial Recognition Should Shape Future of Policing, Says Former UK PM

Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair supports the use of live facial recognition technology for policing.  He’s not the only politician who endorses live facial recognition for policing.  Angela Constance, the Scottish Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs and the Chair of the Scottish Police Authority, has indicated her support for the use of the technology.

Critics argue that this technology can have a chilling effect on legal political protest and infringe on individuals’ right to anonymity. A recent contract awarded to three suppliers, including NEC, for live facial recognition technology has raised concerns about data retention and the potential for mass surveillance.

Asda Launches Facial Recognition Trial In Five Stores To Combat Retail Crime

In the same week that the UK Prime Minister said shoplifting has ‘wreaked havoc’ on neighbourhoods for years, the first UK supermarket announced a trial of facial recognition technology. With the government’s focus on prevention and shoplifting stories continuing to make the front pages, it was probably inevitable.

UK Groups Call For Government Digital ID Plan Overhaul, Limits For Gov.uk

UK digital identity industry groups have sent a letter to the Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology, expressing concerns about the government’s digital ID plan. They are asking for the Gov.uk digital wallet and One Login single sign-on service to be limited to public services and for digital credentials to be stored in any certified wallet.

They emphasise their support for the government’s digital identity ambitions, but are alarmed at the potential for a government monopoly that stifles innovation and costs taxpayers billions.

Wisekey in Talks With Several African Govts For Digital ID Systems Rollout

Swiss digital ID provider WISeKey is in talks with several African governments to implement digital ID systems like SeyID, a model it built for Seychelles.

Cambodia Introduces New eID Card With Biometrics and QR Codes

The Cambodian government has introduced a new eID card with biometric and QR code features. The card will be available in both physical and electronic formats.  The new identity card will include biographical and biometric data, a personal identification code, and a digital identity QR code. This move is part of Cambodia’s efforts to rebuild its civil registration and identity system, providing universal legal identity for its citizens.

Digital Photos To Be Required For German ID Cards, Passports From 1 May

From 1 May, Germany will require digital photos for national ID card and passport applications. This is part of the German government’s broader effort to digitise key administrative services and implement a digital ID system.

EU Inches Towards Gradual Rollout of Biometric Border Controls

The European Union’s biometric Entry-Exit System (“EES”) is set for a gradual rollout, starting in October.  The plan is to register 10% of border crossings within 30 days and 35% within 90 days, with a six-month introduction.

The EES aims to reduce violations of entry rules by recording face and fingerprint biometrics from people entering the Schengen area on short-stay visas.

Switzerland, which is part of the Schengen zone, is also working towards introducing face biometrics at its airports, with Geneva Airport already having the necessary hardware in place.

First, we carried computers in our pockets. Then we wore them on our bodies. Now, researchers are developing ways to put them inside our brains while companies collect our DNA through consumer services marketed as harmless genealogical exploration.  This becomes especially concerning when we consider technologies designed to interface directly with our genetic machinery.

We’re not being included – we’re being integrated.  We need to understand the distinction between inclusion and integration. When you’re included in a technological system, you maintain your autonomy and agency. When you’re integrated, you become a component – a node in the network or an asset in a database.

Climate Tyranny

No, Euronews, Europe is Not Suffering ‘Serious Impacts’ from Climate Change

Euronews claimed that Europe suffered “serious impacts” from climate change in 2024.  However, Euronews, which cites heatwaves, wildfires and flooding, is an example of “alarmist spin” that doesn’t take into account all the available evidence.

Wildfires in Portugal were not part of a long-term trend, flooding in Valencia, Spain, was not unprecedented, and heatwaves are not necessarily caused by global warming.

Wrong, New York Times, Climate Change Isn’t Disrupting Blood Supplies

The New York Times claimed that climate change is disrupting blood supplies; there is no scientific evidence to support the claim. The New York Times’ article is an example of pseudoscientific climate alarmism, lacking journalistic rigour and relying on flawed studies with selection bias and worst-case scenarios.

No, BBC, Electricity is Not Expensive Because of Gas But Because of Renewables Subsidies

In an interview on BBC World At One, Adam Berman, the Director of Policy and Advocacy at Energy UK, claimed that gas sets the wholesale price of electricity most of the time and the marginal costs of gas-fired electricity are higher than those of wind power. This is not true.

The high cost of electricity is due to the subsidies and costs associated with renewable energy sources. These subsidies amount to roughly £15 billion per year, or over £500 per household.

Political Tyranny

Romanian Court Overturns Cancellation of Anti-Globalist Presidential Candidate, But Fight Is Not Over

A Romanian appeals court has overturned the cancellation of presidential candidate Calin Georgescu’s election, citing concerns over the liberal-global order’s influence in the country.

The outcome of the appeal is uncertain, with the Prosecutor’s Office seeking to reinstate the ban on Georgescu’s candidacy.

Romanian Judge Defies Globalist Overlords – Overturns Deep State’s ‘Coup d’État’ Annulment of Anti-NATO Candidate Calin Georgescu’s Win

The legal fight is far from over, with over 100 petitions challenging the Constitutional Court’s annulment flooding Romania’s appellate courts.

The High Court, which upheld the Election Commission’s decision to ban Georgescu from running, is expected to weigh in soon.

The Ploiești appeals court judge, Alexandru Vasile, who made the decision to overturn the annulment, is facing significant backlash and threats. The justice ministry has ordered an investigation into whether the judge committed a disciplinary offence.

The election is being closely watched outside Romania, with the EU preferring not to have another nationalist disruptor in the region alongside Hungary and Slovakia.  Ukraine’s allies would prefer Romania, home to a significant NATO base, to remain a strategic ally.

Religious Tyranny

Pope Francis Misused St. Francis’ Name to Promote “Eco-Paganism” in the Church

The late Pope Francis misused the name of St. Francis of Assisi to promote “eco-paganism” in the Church, Fr. Joachim Heimerl says.

St. Francis’ famous text, the ‘Canticle of the Sun’, is a spiritual and mystical poem that expresses his love for God, not a nature poem as some may believe. While St. Francis of Assisi’s text reaches out to the divine Beloved, the Pope of the same name did everything he could to implement a new eco-paganism in the Church.

St. Francis of Assisi is not suitable as a namesake for a “left-wing” pope or as a figurehead for ecclesiastical “climate saviours.” Jorge Mario Bergoglio (Pope Francis) had nothing in common with the troubadour from Assisi.

United Nations Tyranny

United Party’s Abraham Warns of UN Agenda Undermining Canadian Sovereignty, Identity

United Party leader Grant Abraham warns that the UN agenda is undermining Canadian sovereignty and identity through international treaties and organisations.  He believes this is part of a broader agenda to embed UN Agenda 2030 across Canada’s public institutions, creating a “democratic deficit” and risking Canada becoming governed by external forces.

“We’re seeing more and more international treaties that are actually modifying, changing Canadian laws and changing how Canadian people would expect our laws and our government would function,” he said.

Abraham warns that the country risks becoming “like a province of the UN” rather than preserving its traditional values and distinctive Canadian character.

While previously it was a hobby culminating in writing articles for Wikipedia (until things made a drastic and undeniable turn in 2020) and a few books for private consumption, since March 2020 I have become a full-time researcher and writer in reaction to the global takeover that came into full view with the introduction of covid-19. For most of my life, I have tried to raise awareness that a small group of people planned to take over the world for their own benefit. There was no way I was going to sit back quietly and simply let them do it once they made their final move.
