Elmo, the beloved children’s character who has entertained millions since his inception and debut in 1980, posted several antisemitic messages on Sunday—or at least whoever hacked the Elmo X account did. A series of posts on Sunday afternoon from the official Elmo X account included antisemitic language and slurs, which were quickly deleted in what appears to be a hacking incident. One post also mentioned President Donald Trump, which the hacker referred to as a “child f*cker,” and called on him to release the Epstein client list.

The hateful posts began after a short thread promoting a crypto coin which was dubbed $ELMO by the person using the account.

“Elmo says ALL JEWS SHOULD DIE,” one post begins. “F*CK JEWS. DONALD TRUMP IS NETANYAHU’S PUPPET BECAUSE HE IS IN THE EPSTEIN FILES. JEWS CONTROLS [sic] THE WORLD AND NEED TO BE EXTERMINATED.”

The posts come after memo from the DOJ and FBI’s said that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in prison in 2019 and did not have an “incriminating ‘client list,'” or blackmailed powerful elites. MAGA loyalists have been demanding answers and more transparency.

“What’s going on with my ‘boys’ and, in some cases, ‘gals?'” Trump wrote on Truth Social following controversial comments made during a press conference where he said. “They’re all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a FANTASTIC JOB! We’re on one Team, MAGA, and I don’t like what’s happening. We have a PERFECT Administration, THE TALK OF THE WORLD, and ‘selfish people’ are trying to hurt it, all over a guy who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein.

“For years, it’s Epstein, over and over again. Why are we giving publicity to Files written by Obama, Crooked Hillary, Comey, Brennan, and the Losers and Criminals of the Biden Administration, who conned the World with the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, 51 ‘Intelligence’ Agents, ‘THE LAPTOP FROM HELL,’ and more? They created the Epstein Files, just like they created the FAKE Hillary Clinton/Christopher Steele Dossier that they used on me, and now my so-called ‘friends’ are playing right into their hands.”
