A week ago people around the world were celebrating a great victory. The WHO amendments to the International Health Regulations had not passed. The globalist mechanism for totalitarian control had been defeated.
Except not.
Late, very late, on the last day of the 77th World Health Assembly, Saturday, June 1st, the amendments were ratified.
And it doesn’t matter that the vote was likely illegal, that they did not have two thirds of the members in attendance, any more than it matters that the WHO ignored their own rules in even voting on the amendments, as under Article 55 they were supposed to provide the full text of the amendments to the member countries on January 27th, four months ago. The full text was not provided until a few hours before the vote.
James Roguski is undoubtedly the world’s leading expert on the WHO Treaty and amendments.
In this interview, James clarifies many misconceptions.
Such as the erroneous idea that the amendments will give WHO Director General Tedros Ghebreyesus the authority not only to declare a pandemic, but to dictate health measures such as lockdowns and mandatory vaccines to member countries. Such a clause was never in the amendments.
Are the WHO amendments and the international treaty, which was not ratified, a globalist control mechanism after all? Or are they simply the business plan of very wealthy people who want to use fearmongering, gain of function research, and the WHO’s authority to declare a pandemic as tools to further enrich themselves.
And if it’s the latter, how concerned about the amendments should we be?
The answer, as you will learn in this interview, is that we should be very concerned. But we are not without the tools to fight back. However, any successful campaign requires a full understanding of the enemy’s battle plan.

Just a few days ago, the WHO, the World Health Organization voted on the hundreds of amendments to the International Health Regulations. Amendments that will give them dictatorial power over all member countries to declare health emergencies internationally, and to demand that those countries adopt tyrannical health measures. Worst of all, the amendments define a ‘health emergency’ as whatever the Director of the WHO says it is.
While at the time of this recording the WHO amendments vote has not yet happened, I’m predicting that they will ram them through in one form or another.
Unfortunately, we here in Canada don’t have to wonder what that level of power to violate our rights would look like. We need only look at our own province of B.C.
B.C. where, in 2022, Bill 36 was passed as the Health Professions and Occupations Act. An Act which gives the government there dictatorial power over health care workers. Thousands of front line health care workers in B.C. lost their jobs over their refusal to take an experimental injection.
Last October, Bonnie Henry, the Public Health Officer of B.C. announced that those requirements are still in place. And the B.C. Health Care system is collapsing due to a shortage of workers. A shortage which the Health Officer’s mandates caused.
Dr. Ben Turner was a surgeon in B.C. He also holds a master’s degree in Health Care ethics and is the president of the Canadian Society for Science and Ethics in Medicine.
Ben contacted me recently in regards to a court decision handed down just a few weeks ago. A challenge brought before the courts in B.C. by workers who had been fired for refusing the vaccines.
They lost.
The court decided in favour of the government and upheld their vaccine mandates, even for those working from home.
This is what health care tyranny looks like. This is what the WHO wants the power to do to all of us.

Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche holds a Ph.D. in virology. Years ago he worked for several vaccine companies in R&D, and even worked for GAVI, Bill Gates’ so-called vaccine alliance. This was before Dr. Vanden Bossche realized that these organizations had anything but the best interests of the people at heart.

In 2021, it was Dr. Vanden Bossche who warned that mass vaccination against Covid would guarantee that the vaccinated would never develop herd immunity.
And in this he has been proven correct. The statistics clearly show that with each new variant, it is the vaccinated who fill the hospitals while the unvaxxed enjoy natural immunity, in most cases even to new variants.
But why? Why are the vaccinated more susceptible to infection? Why is it the bodies of the vaccinated that are continually producing new variants? Why do the vaxxed develop long Covid, and what really is long Covid?
And if the vaccinated will never develop herd immunity, will this ever stop? And if it doesn’t, will the virus eventually mutate into something truly dangerous, at least for the vaccinated?

Safe and effective. We’ve heard the mantra repeatedly in the past few years to the point where it seems even the politicians and bureaucrats are tiring of it.
I have been exposing the lies and corruption surrounding the entire Covid narrative since 2021, but recently something came across my desk that shocked even me. A piece of evidence so damning, it completely reveals just how false the claim of an ‘effective’ Covid vaccine is.

An article which exposes a November 2022 scientific paper co-authored by Anthony Fauci, wherein the authors admit that the Covid vaccines could not possibly stop infection or transmission of the virus, and that furthermore the science of this has been known for decades.
Anthony Fauci, who had been called America’s Top Doctor, and who was one of a number of prominent people calling for universal vaccination against Covid, admits outright in the paper he co-authored that creating an effective vaccine against respiratory viruses is impossible.

Our elected leaders have been selling us out, and not just in the past few years. Starting almost 80 years ago, our federal and provincial governments have signed on with one globalist organization after another.
From the International Monetary Fund in 1945 to the coming WHO International Health Regulations amendments in May of this year, those we have trusted to work for us have instead steadily signed away our sovereignty.
Not just Liberal governments, but Conservative as well. And you may be surprised by some of the names that appear on the list of politicians who have signed these international agreements that stripped us of our right to self governance.
