Today I’ve forgone my usual vest and tie for reasons that will become obvious.
Many of us came gradually to the realization that we are being lied to. Often, it starts with just one thing. Global warming. The Covid narrative. Vaccines.
There was a time when many of us trusted our government and the media. Sure, they made mistakes and sure, there might be a few corrupt politicians, but for the most part we thought they had our best interests at heart.
Then, over time, we became aware that not only do they not have our best interests at heart, but that we’re being lied to about almost everything. By our governments, by media, and by corporations. And for many of us, that realization was almost overwhelming. There was simply so much truth we had not been told that it’s almost a full time job to wade through it all.
A Canadian group has put together a suite of websites that make the facts easily accessible, and breaks them down into bite sized pieces where people who are only just now waking up to the truth can find information on what is of concern to them, and then, over time, they can access more, until they too will understand the scope of the lies.

Leftist ideologies have become so pervasive in our country that today many of us, even conservatives, are afraid to say what we really think. And it’s not just that we might be cancelled, or that we’ll offend our left-leaning friends and family. For many conservatives today, they’re afraid of offending other conservatives.
But it is in exactly that environment that those with the courage to speak plainly thrive. Mostly because they are not afraid to say what the rest of us are thinking.
Peter MacIsaac grew up in small town Nova Scotia in the 60s and 70s. His family was poor, as was almost everyone else in town. Peter trapped and hunted with his father for food. He picked blueberries and sold them at 10 cents a quart. He did anything he could to secure a better life for himself, and never once did he expect a handout.
Life taught him, as it has for many of us, that the world owes us nothing.
But he also noticed that his hippy friends, who didn’t work, had their hands out as soon as Peter collected his earnings.
50 years later, Peter has written a book on where that has led. On the parasitical growth in Canada of what he refers to as ‘leftist libtards’ and how they are destroying a once great country. But more importantly, Peter’s book focuses on the values and actions that we as conservatives must preserve and practice to take back our country.

People who have good information make good decisions. People who have bad information make bad decisions. This is why independent journalism today is so vitally important.
We are in a war. An information war.
On one side are those who wish to control your perceptions, to create an illusory world in which a false but carefully constructed view of reality will lead people to follow a narrative which benefits those who constructed it. On the other, are those who are telling the truth, knowing that, while at times the truth may be hard to hear, it is only by knowing the truth that you can make good decisions.
And while many of us today in independent media have no past experience as journalists, there are some who used to work for mainstream media, in many cases before the media became a controlled propaganda machine, and who are dismayed and disgusted with the state of mainstream journalism today, and are bringing their extensive experience to this information war.
Two of these are Randy Taylor and Rodney Palmer. Randy has decades of experience in talk radio, while Rodney worked as an investigative journalist and foreign correspondent for CBC and CTV for over 20 years.
Together they are launching TalkNation.ca, a live streaming service where they will join the fight to bring Canadians the truth, and hopefully, inspire action on the part of their listeners.
As both Randy and Rodney will attest from their many years of experience in journalism, the truth is useless if it does not result in action.

Our educational system is broken.
Leftist controlled school boards and teacher’s associations have infected our schools with woke ideology. SOGI, or Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity, Critical Race Theory and DEI, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are all part of a plan to rob our children of their ability to think, while robbing parents of the right to be informed and to make decisions for our children.
How did we get here? What is the long term goal of these leftist ideologues and how do we push back against them.

If you’ve been watching my weekly news shows, you know I enjoy making fun of the woke. Last fall I showed you a video of a ‘trans king’ insisting that parents don’t have rights. In fact, such videos aren’t hard to find. A quick search on Youtube or X will turn up several of these people, who are either woefully ignorant of the law, or who are knowingly trying to deceive Canadian parents into believing they have no rights where their children are concerned.
I had been willing to ignore the woke insanity as being harmless and amusing, until, just a few weeks ago, NDP MP Randall Garrison stood up in the house of commons and insisted that parents don’t have rights.
But in fact, parents do have rights in Canada. Under several different layers of the law, from provincial Bills of Rights, to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and even under international law such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
In addition, there have been a number of landmark cases in Canada in the past 25 years where courts have upheld the rights of parents to make decisions for their children.
I am joined today by constitutional lawyer James Kitchen, who has been fighting for our rights in the courts for years.
James will explain exactly which laws protect the rights of parents in Canada, which laws a number of provincial governments are violating with legislation that silences teachers when kids express a desire to go by a different pronoun, or even to begin the chemical process of transitioning. In addition, James explains how parents can effectively fight for their children and for their rights as parents to see their kids protected from harmful ideologies.
Parents in Canada do indeed have rights. By the time you finish watching this interview, you will know what your rights are, and how to use those rights to protect your children.

John Carpay, the founder and president of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, has been fighting for our rights for 24 years, First, as a director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation from 2000 until 2004, then with the Canadian Constitution Foundation until he founded the JCCF in 2010.
For the past 14 years, the JCCF has provided more pro bono representation to Canadians to defend their constitutional rights than any other organization, in fact, I think it would be safe to say more than all other legal organizations put together.
From defending freedom of speech on university campuses, to representing the organizers of the Freedom Convoy; from taking governments to court and in at least one major case in Alberta, winning a significant victory, to defending the rights of many everyday Canadians under the tyranny of Trudeau’s covid policies.
In the past few years John has also become a close friend. I can tell you that he is everything he appears to be. Conscientious, hardworking and honest. Yes, an honest lawyer.

Government corruption. State sponsored media. Rampant immigration. Unaffordable living costs. The attack upon the energy sector. Manufactured food shortages. The woke.
The problems facing our country seem at times overwhelming. For those of us in the older generations, we are also left wondering how our country, a nation founded on freedom and respect for people’s rights, could have fallen so far.
But people are pushing back. Victories in our courts are being won. Not as often as we would like, and not always for the reasons we would like, but victories nonetheless. People are sharing the truth both online and in person, despite censorship. And more and more Canadians are showing that they’ve had enough of the lies, the coercions, and the leftist narratives.
Some are running for office in an attempt to rebalance the political scales, and others have started new political parties, feeling that the existing conservative parties have fallen too far from the values they were elected to uphold to be saved.
I’ve interviewed a number of founders and leaders of new conservative parties, from Maxime Bernier to Pastor Art Pawlowski, current political leaders, to past Canadian Conservative politicians such as Preston Manning and Brian Peckford. All are well intentioned and truly believe that government exists to serve the people.
But none have given as much thought to the problems facing our country as my guests today.
Luke Denis and Chris Hampton are the founders of the United Freedom Party of Alberta. They are also the authors of the book The Freedom Handbook, published in 2017.
It’s been said that 90% of any solution is understanding the problem.
What Luke and Chris propose would be to many, an extreme form of libertarianism. Minimum government and maximum personal rights and responsibilities. A system in which governments are limited to defense and administration – and nothing else. Critics would say that a society can’t function with such a low level of government oversight.
But Luke and Chris provide very sound, thoughtful arguments to support their idea that not only can such a society survive, but that it would thrive and become a model that others would follow. As long as the people in that society accept that freedom is a responsibility. That we cannot truly have one without accepting the other.

Canada has been one of the most controlled countries in the world in recent years. Klaus Schwab, head of the World Economic Forum has openly bragged about controlling over half of Trudeau’s Liberal cabinet. From appearances, he may be telling the truth. Canada is an occupied country, controlled by globalists with the willing cooperation of elected traitors.
But Canadians are fighting back, and nowhere is that more evident than in Alberta.
Alberta remains the only province to declare the vaccine mandates illegal, and to have the current government pay for an investigation of the previous government’s Covid response. The only province to force the premier responsible for the Covid mandates to resign, and to replace him with a premier who is working for the people.
None of this is by accident.
In 2021, David Parker launched Take Back Alberta. Using his long experience in politics, David inspired the people to get active. To show up in record numbers to influence party decisions. To vote out a bad premier and replace him with a much better one. And at the last Annual General Meeting, to propose numerous amendments to Alberta law to protect the rights of the people in the future. Amendments which premier Danielle Smith’s government is taking seriously. We can expect at least some of them to be passed into law.

The Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms provides pro bono lawyers to Canadians whose constitutional rights have been violated. The JCCF is a registered charity founded over a decade ago by John Carpay, who still serves as the organization’s President. Their work is supported entirely by donations.
Since the start of the Covid plandemic, JCCF lawyers have worked tirelessly to represent those who lost their jobs and businesses, to defend everyday Canadians who received fines or prison sentences for defying mandates, and have partnered with my own organization, Strong And Free Canada, to bring Canadians the truth in the form of brochures, demonstrations and podcasts.
In this, the second of a four part series on the legal actions being taken by the JCCF on behalf of their clients, I am joined in the studio by Justice Centre lawyer Marty Moore, who has been with the JCCF for over ten years and who oversees all of their cases. In today’s interview Marty gives us details on a number of live cases including fighting for the rights of health care workers, Christian churches and Canadians denied EI after being fired for refusing the Covid shots.
The JCCF is the largest of the legal organizations in Canada fighting for our rights in the courts. Currently they employ 9 full time lawyers and 4 paralegals and are representing or have represented, Tamara Lich and Chris Barber, organizers of the Freedom Convoy, and the Honorable Brian Peckford, who served as the third premier of Newfoundland and is the sole surviving author of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
While many cases have been lost due to judges who are ignoring our Charter rights, many cases have also been won. Despite corruption and courts which have refused to look at relevant evidence, Marty and his fellow JCCF lawyers continue to fight for our rights.
Like myself, Marty doesn’t pick fights he can’t win. He remains confident that in time these cases will be won, that courts will decide in favor of the constitutional rights of Canadians, and that restitution will be made for those whose lives and livelihoods have been violated by our corrupt governments.
